I took my daughter to Dallas for a Christmas getaway. We had stayed her once before and thought we could come back for some holiday shopping. Well, our stay was wonderful all except the indoor swimming was undergoing renovation. The hotel also has wonderful food.

Typical Sheraton. The reason the hotel lobby and restaurant is shown in the photos? they are the only nice parts of the property. Lobby has bad odor. Employees are typical for this chain, very focused upon when they get off work and upon memorizing the "how can we not serve you" customer manual. The room had some new furniture, bed was very hard and old. As with all sheratons they charge for wi-fi, phone calls, and everything thing else they can think of. If you can get this property for less than $ a night it may be ok but just across 635 is a very nicer hotel, stay there instead. Pool was old and poorly kept. One real nice feature - the fitness room was terrific.

The hotel was convenient to three of the shopping malls, other shopping centers and several restaurants. Furthermore, the staff were extreamly helpful; even when there was a problem with my reservation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I like that they upgraded their televisions to flat screens. However, the bathrooms are congested, but were well stocked (very clean) with towels and other necessities. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Sheraton for business.I was surprised on the comfort of the bed and room. Bathrooms were a little small, but functional. The bartender in the lounge, Luis, was very nice and helped with menu suggestions. I was able to order food at the bar instead of eating alone in the dinning room.

I was travelling on business and decided to stay at this hotel because it is close to the Galleria. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaraunt and bar's food is good. I would stay here again.

This Sheraton seems to be freshly renovated. They have 32 LCD TVs in the rooms. Nice accomodations. The location is convenient to The Galleria which is nice. A little hard to get to the enterance because of the roads. Address not found on some GPS systems. A nice place to stay.

I like the bedding. It is very comfortable and elegant. Convenient to restaurants nearby. I needed a yellow pages phone book as I was from out of town and it was not available. Overall the hotel is excellent. It is clean and comfortable.

My businees partners and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a great location, near the Galleria, very friendly and eager to help staff members, very clean, good food and service at restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel, the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the Galleria area.

Avery pleasant room that met our needs. Very friendly service. It was great once we were there. The staff was very nice and helpful the restaurant was very overpriced and had no vegan/vegetarian options.

The rooms were nice. The pool was in very bad condition. The rooms were nice and the manager. When my children got into the swimming pool that did not look very clean to begin with we were asked if they itched because they said the chlorine level was at a 10 so we immediately got out. I am sorry for complaining but I always book with Priceline because I am always very satisfied. This is the first hotel that I was very disappointed in.
