The Sheraton staff overall was friendly. There were a few people there that were not friendly at all. Some of the staff made us feel very unwelcomed. For the money we were paying for the room, we have stayed at better for less. The first day of our visit, we rented a refridgerator and the internet. We explained that we would be paying cash for everything. I am disabled and was very sick three out of the six days we were there and I was bed ridden. I needed use of the telephone, especially when my fiance wasn't there. One day when I was there in the room alone I went to use the phone and it didn't work. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk or dial out. I finally thought to call the restaurant and they past me to the front desk. He explained there was a $4.00 balance on the account for local calls. I was horrified. I told him of my condition and I would have my fiance run him $50.00 to hold on the account until the next day when we left. He was very unpleasant, condescending, and made me feel terrible. I will be writiting to the Sheraton, but I have been very sick and still getting medical help for the same condition I was sick there for. Other than that, the experience was good. I loved the location, right by my family. Excellent amenties. Room service was great. They should have never shut the phone off, what if it was a life threatening situation. I would not have been heard. For that, I will not stay there again.

This hotel is OVERRATED! When we booked the room we were really excited about the indoor waterpark that is located next to the hotel. We called the hotel before hand to make sure the water park tickets were included and they said they were (we even told them who we were booking through)...but did not get the name of the person spoken to. We get to the hotel and they give us a SMOKING room instead of our selected non-smoking room. When ask for a non-smoking instead the VERY RUDE staff said there were currently none available and that if one did come up we could have it. Get to the room and it was SMALL and STINKY (i dont smoke) and changed into bathingsuits to go to the indoor waterpark...well guess what? our tickets were NOT included in the package and the woman that told us all this was so rude. We go speak to the manager (also rude) and he eventually gives us a non-smoking room (even though there were NONE available 10 minutes earlier!) and two free tickets to the water park (there were 5 people!). tickets to the water park (keep in mind) are $20 per person! and it is NOT worth it! there are 3 decent size slides and a few SMALL pools...the admission should be no more than $5 per person! my tip: if you want an indoor waterpark pay the extra money and go to great wolf lodge. this hotel is terrible. will be my last stay in cincinatti!

Nice pool area--options were nice. Alittle loud--not sure what you can do about that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, I really like the different area's that you have throughout where people can sit and talk.

Had a sleepover for a 7yr olds birthday. Hotel was very accomdating with providing a nice view (despite the construction on the other side of the hotel) and quiet surroundings

Staff was friendly and the duck at the restaurant was fantastic. Toilet whistled when you flushed it. It was a long walk to your room from the front desk.

Good nights stay for the money. Not far from the mall and other spots to eat. Also not too far from Paul Brown Stadium (about 15min. drive) I only stayed 2 days but I'd stay again : )
