I expected more from a Sheraton. The carpets in the 3 rooms were filthy. The restaurant and bar were very pricey. The beds were comfortable but not enough to make me want to visit again.

Club level - excellent breakfast. The Sheraton exceeded my expectations. Everything was positive - nothing negative. The club level was very nice with complimentary continental breakfast and evening snacks. I would certainly stay here again.

Great Location, spacious room, front desk had an attitude.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 am and left by 11:00 am and between that time someone tried to break into our truck. We were parked in the hotels parking garage. The front desk person did not seem concerned that this happened. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated (the foyer and entrance hallways especially). The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely done. The bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). Service was excellent even though staffing must be difficult--the front desk woman was on 24 hours! The hotel is conveniently located--right off the freeway.

Very nice hotel which used to be a Wyndam but is now under new management. Cable not yet installed and newspaper service coming. Has a restaurant and bar. Despite ***'s advertising of smoking rooms, this is a NO SMOKING hotel. Very nice General Manager. Very quiet and few travelers when I was there. Covered parking lot with gate access.

The nice location with lots of self parking spaces. The garage was well lit at night. The cleaning staff forgot to leave trash can in either the bathroom or one for the room. I really enjoy the calm and quiet room. There wasn't much traffic noise at night from other guests coming or going.

Too far from airport - hotel shuttle doesn't run at convenient times. If you want to stay nearer to the airport, don't stay here. Try the Hilton.

Proximity to our destination and convenient to stores and restaurants. Poorly managed not clean, poor service, no towels in room or toiletries stained rugs. This hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty including multiple red stains on the rugs. It did not include the basics of towels and lotion until we asked and we had to ask numerous times during our stay. They allowed a barking dog in another room on the hall. They varied in allowing us on the roof deck (one plus of the hotel). Very disinterested staff. Really disappointing.

Friendly, helpful staff. Not able to smoke in room. Overall very satisfied with hotel. Location was easy to access to interstate into New Orleans. Staff very willing and happy to assist with needs.

TheAC did not work and they did not offer to move me. Supervisor from house cleaning justs walks in with out knocking are saying who she was. The AC was not working.

Location. The room appeared to have been spot cleaned. Smoke detector was disengaged (actually hanging off the wall with wires exposed). There were no clean towels. There was no coffee maker (it took two calls to get a working coffee maker). There was a stain on the bed linen sticking out from between the mattresses.

The check-in process was easy and the clerk was very nice. The hotel room was disgusting, the floor had huge stains and burns. The hotel ambiance was nice although I really went back and forth to the room and did not venture out. My room was very far from the elevators although the hotel was extremely empty and the room was deplorable. The carpet had heavy stains all over and there was cigarette burns on top of that.
