The hotel was clean and very modern. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a great job on our room everyday. The pool was small but had a great deck. There was nothing for kids to do. Its more of a business hotel or for people without kids.

Great place for the price. Only problem is that there is no outdoor pool however it is only two blocks from the beach. Would stay at this Hotel again.

Our stay at the Sheraton MB Convention Center Hotel was awful. the hotel doubled charged us for our room. the rooms were not what we expected, and the staff was rude to me and my wife. we will never stay at a sheraton hotel again!

I usually don't book a hotel that is not on the beach when I go on a beach vacation, but this Sheraton worked out very well. Although it was four blocks from the beach, it was not an inconvenience. But the reason I am compelled to write a review (I've never written one before) is the wonderful staff at the hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The shuttle van drivers, the concierge, the front desk and the hostess in the restuarant all made our stay very pleasant. Also, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was in the evening and we were pleasantly surprised they said yes on a holiday weekend.

They upgraded us to the top floor, which is very nice rooms, free water and free internet, plus oceanvew. We didn't have any troubles, but the hotel was very empty at the time.

Very clean! And quiet. Location. Our room looked down on the ugliest parking lot, reminiscent of the 1960 Soviet concrete era. Room itself was good though, and wonderful beds! We didn't spend much time in it! Also the restaurant is closed for the evenings when there isn't enough occupancy- can get food at bar.

The hotel was clean and attractive. The beds were exceptionally comfortbale. To get to the beach, we needed to cross two six-lane roads. Would be hard for a family with children. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready and we were given a wonderful room on a higher level with panoramic views of Virginia Beach. The bed was very comfortable and having a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room made for a nice morning. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and well kept. Virginia Beach is a little bit rowdy and there were some drunk people yelling in the hall around 3:30am, both nights we stayed there. Someone else in the hall must have complained and I did really appreciate that the hotel staff sent someone up who was able to make the stop.

"Droved 12 hours to experience rude service from the moment we arrived. Carts for luggage not available, place was packed with noisy rude teenagers, staff catered to them rather than to adult guests. Pool and hot tub not available for usage at all over 3 days due to being packed with nothing but kids and teens. Staff did not inform us how to get to the 12th floor after 2 phone calls, carrying our luggage by hand and just trying to get an elevator we finally got into the room. We would never return to this hotel again. "

Very crean room and comfort bed Internet and parking were not free It was a family trip to Myrtle Beach. I upgraded my room to Â¿Ocean viewÂ¿ for $20 for 2 days (in addition to Priceline bidding price). The view was nice but it was far from the beach (about 3 blocks/500 yards away). First, the overall quality of hotel and room were good. Beds were very comfort. Second, a heated indoor pool was okay but a simple rectangular pool. Third, parking was $5 per day. Forth, wireless internet was only available in the first and second floors. If you need to use it in your room, it will cost about $10. If you are business men, this hotel will be the best choice. However, if you plan to a family vacation, I strongly recommend other resort hotels in front of the beach such as Dunes Village Resort where I also stayed for one night.

"The room was fairly shabby, the desk clerk was rude, the garage did not connect to the hotel and we got drenched going to and from the carFeatherswere poking through the fabric and looked nasty and felt itchy. I finally took the feather bed off and remade the bed myself There was no toilet tissue. The banquet was nice No one respected my request for a vegetarian plate.Gosh I hope they find another hotel next year."

The room was nicely furnished, comfortable, bathroom was large and clean. The pool was an indoor pool. We liked the hotel very much. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The towels were nice and the beds were very comfortable.
