With a 12 hour drive behind us and a 13 hour drive the next day, having The most wonderfully comfortable beds was a BLESSING!!!! Perfect Service. Only complaint is that the bottled water in the room was over 2.00 a piece. Should have been free with cost of room.

Comfortable beds The bathroom layout was a little cramped.

The hotel was very nice and clean, as well was our room. We ordered the ?romance package? and had a room on the Club Level, which was not worth the extra money! Guests slammed doors throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. The package came with sparkling wine and strawberries, which were nice. But the breakfast was horrible. Not a restaurant quality meal, by any means. First of all, it was 20 minutes late on delivery, the toast was burnt and they did not bring us any jelly or butter, nor did they bring us all the food we ordered. Next time we will go to a bed and breakfast!!

Nice bed, TV. They failed to clean our room the first day.

"The staff is worth its weight in gold. The restaurant was nice and the food of very good quality. The bed was excellent like in most sheratons and the room was clean. The only reason why I did not give 5 is that the bathroom door was a double door that had a 1/2"" gap when closed, so no real privacy. They said they would take care of it and I believe them. Great rates and very good locations with useful stores around it. Will always check for availability when traveling to OKC."

Overall, the hotel felt good, clean, upscale and overall a good place. Overall, the hotel was good. It was new, modern and very clean. The room was small, but cozy. I would stay there again.

"I would have to say this is the best service I received in OKC. Everyone was very friendly and concerned with my needs. The hotel is new, so everything looks perfect. It was only 5 minutes from downtown and $100 less a night than what I paid the week before at the downtown Sheraton. Only request is maybe adding valet parking service."

The rooms were better than we expected and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The lobby was quiet the days we stayed and we were able to visit there with friends. It's very easy to get on and off I-40. Big relief from Washingon DC traffic

Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located off interstage 40, a Walmart is across the street, lots of restaurants within 2 miles.

rooms were small and nicely decorated but our floors were never clean and the bath tub had dirt and stains in it. The pillowcases were never changed and one time our key cards had been disabled. We weren't even offered an apology for the problem. Would have rather stayed at a cheaper better hotel.

The geographical area is poor and finding a hotel with a lounge, quality restraunt, comfortable beds, very nice gym and pool, a newspaper paper on your doorstep every morning, free Starbucks coffe in room and in the lounge and a very safe location. My husband and I were very impressed.

The restaurant was excellent. The beds. It seems that most hotels and even motels today are focusing on the comfort of the bed. This hotel bed was terrible. My husband and I both felt tired sore each day we were on this trip because the bed made it impossible to sleep comfortably and this was a huge disappointment.

The new sheraton is located handy to frwy to downtown..has the most comfy beds ever..friendly staff..and a beautiful place esp if you want to have a wedding or other get together its connected to the reed center perfect for a large group. our grands loved the plasma tv on the wall and the indoor pool and exercise room..lots of grounds for them to run around outside also. Impresed with reasonable cost of breakfast either in room or restaurant. we cant wait to go back.

The hotel was comfortable and easy to use. Unsure, if pets are allowed. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, great for use as a business traveler or as a leisure traveler. I would recommend this hotel to persons traveling in the eastern Oklahoma City Metropolitan area.

Excellent location, easy access, excellent parking, clean, friendly staff. Room was a little small. The room was a little small but the overall comfort was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area was well lit and convenient to the hotel. The hotel location was excellent with easy access on and off the interstate and within easy driving distance to Bricktown and other sites and loctions of interest. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing. There was no complimentary breakfast. This hotel was amazing, I was allowed to check in early and check out late. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful, and they had an indoor heated pool and hot tub as well as a decent workout facility. Unfortunate the hotel offered neither complimentary WiFi or breakfast something I somewhat expect from hotels now days. The rooms were amazing with standard hotel amenities for this day and age. I highly recommend this hotel.
