We have successfully achieved our goals, it is closest to the warm heart of Montreal, shopping areas and top spots of fun. Easy address to conduct meetings and lovely lobby, serviced by friendly staff, and good internet.

Location. Tub was small, main entrance was unusual. Touch of modernism good location downtown motel.

Overall the hotel was very good. My only problem is that they made no effort to accomodate an early check-in. Although others checked-in in front of me, my room was not ready and the front desk would not ask housekeeping to prioritze the room nor would they switch my room to a "ready room." After a seven hour drive, walking around the city for three hours waiting for the guarentee check-in time was an inconvenience.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Staff seemed unapologetic for the lack of cleanliness of the room. House keeping did not make up room and we had to call late in the afternoon for housekeeping to make up our room. Very expensive for the quality of service you should get at a Sheraton Hotel.

Good location, nice facility, has everything you need. Many restaurants close by. Internet hook up was expensive. Good value for the money.

I had never been to Montreal before, and chose this hotel because it is near the Bell Centre, where I attended a concert. I was worried about the language barrier, but every staffmember I encountered was completely bilingual, as were most people I encountered in Montreal. Food in hotel was pricey, but good. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, so if you are looking for cheaper food, it's plentiful. Bed was comfortable, but like most hotels, they use the thin, too-soft pillows, whereby you need to use three of them to equal one decent pillow

Our first room we where given had a dirty washcloth on it that looked like someone wiped a baby bottom with it. No one from the hotel apologized or ever cared to address this situation. Be very careful if you use there bar fridge. We placed some food in the bar fridge and several of there in stock beverages where placed onto of the fridge to make room. On check out we where charged 60 even though the beverages where never used. We where eventually given a credit. While complaining to there head office, very little was done for us. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Montreal, only one block from Ste-Catherine St. and a couple blocks away from Crescent, Peel and De La Montagne. Great are for shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself however, was a little disappointing. Very old fashioned, and looked like it has not been renovated in many years. The bed however, was very comfortable. Good place if you are not looking to spend much time in your hotel room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room needed to be vacuumed badly.

This hotel has serious issues with service and maintenance. The safe in the room didn't work so I had to call maintenance to fix it. The internet access, which they charge you alot of money for, didn't work either. I spent over half an hour on the phone with a technician who eventually got it to work. The problem was at their end, not mine yet they still charged me for the access. In room movies didn't work either. Maintenance technician had to come twice to fix it. Someone on my floor had a loud party at 4 am and you could hear everything through the walls. No one ever came up to ask them to keep it down either. When I first booked the room, I took advantage of a special package that included the second night for 50% off and a 40 credit towards food. I decided to extend my stay by 2 nights and I requested the same package. First they forgot to credit me the 50% off the room rate and then they refused to honor the 40 credit for the second package. The final straw was that the parking was never added to my bill, no one mentioned it when I checked out but then I couldn't get my car out of the parking lot so I had to go back to the front desk and pay separately for the parking. No apologies from anyone. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I would never pay those ridiculous prices again for such incredibly bad service.

We were welcomed to our room with a lovely small box of chocolates and wished Merry Christmas from the hotel, The Centre Ville Sheraton Hotel in Montreal. The bar/restaraunt personnel were very friendly and accomodating. The pool and fitness center were extremely well maintained . They had an array of equipment. It was a lovely way to spend Christmas away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel any time of the year.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last 10 years. Had stopped going here because it had started to look rundown, but went back, mainly because of the good price. I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous renovations, upgraded lounge and lobby. It seems to be back to where it used to be, and a great deal for the . Great location within walking distance of Metro, Bell Center, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Our room was comfortable, on the 30th floor, with a beautiful view of the city. The in-room coffee maker featured Starbucks Coffee. The hotel consierge was wonderful helping us to find evening entertainment and making reservations for dinner. We had easy walking access to Museums, McGill University, and very nice dining choices. The weather at times was inclement and the underground shopping entrance was nearby. The hotel was easy to find driving from Route 10 into the city. Reaching the old part of the city was a hike but doable for sturdy folk. If it is very cold or snowing you would have to take a cab or public transportation.

Location to center of city. No free internet in room, and they charged to use the internet in the business center. Hotel was great for location, but the room was commonly appointed for a 4 star hotel. I did not like the fact that the hotel charged for in room internet use. I find this for free in lesser quality hotels.

The check in was really fast. i had requested a smoking room and was worried about what i'd get. but it was great! on the 32nd floor with a great view!! (and they were worried that that view wasn't the greatest to offer, but it was perfect). Very clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean. Only problem was that the windows don't open and so the room smells of smoke as soon as you arrive into it. Dining in room is a bit expensive, but hey, you're in the heart of the city with a million restaurants really close by. It was a great stay.

Our room was small, and found it difficult for us both to work in the room at the same time. We traveled for business so next time we would prefer a larger room. As for the facility, the it is perfect for most business travelers. It is well located and the staff are friendly and professional.

Exceptional large, comfortable room with a great view. The second time we stayed here, the room smelled a bit smoky.

The hotel is close to a subway stop and the Crescent Street scene. The fitness center and pool/spa is nice, and the bar in the lobby offers a great lounge.
