This hotel offered a quiet well kept and professional place for a business person to either conduct a meeting or unwind after a long day out on business. The family friend pool, staff, and location was also beneficial. For those traveling to Canada and desire to see the falls...It was an easy ride and the directions provided by the staff were great!! The hotel also surpised us by being attached to a mall. Various shops and restaurants made this hotel an easy choice for our next visit!!

Convenient to downtown night life.

The room. Had to wait long time for elevators and sometimes it doesn't stop on the floor.

Staff upgraded room to king size bed. Had to pay $20 parking for 2 cars. Hotel was easy to find. Very busy. Very loud neighbors. Staff very accomodating. Cups in room were dirty, used. Refrigerator was missing.

Room size. Internet and parking were not free. Hotel is attached to mall. The mall after hours is full of junkee/homeless looking people you don;t feel comfortable around. Parking and internet cost extra. Bottom of swimming pool was dirty. Room size was good, location was good and service was good.

Beds were very comfortable and loved the Starbucks coffee in the room. Rooms were very shabby, furniture old, outdated furnishings. Parking was confusing. I can only comment on the quality of the room since I did not have time to use any of the other facilities. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that the hotel provided so many pillows. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Starbucks coffee to brew in my room. However, the room itself was very shabby. All of the furniture was worn and beat-up, there was a large gaping hole in the dresser where there appeared to have been a mini-fridge at one time. There were water stains on the corners of the ceiling (shabby ceiling tile). The pink carpet was worn, stained, and outdated. There was one outdated picture on a wall in the corner of the room, nothing above the beds. The room was large and I enjoyed the semi-bay window, but the curtains did not close all the way so the sun streamed in in the morning.

Was a great hotel but somewhat confusing parking lot.

Underground parking. Carpets were disgusting, had to pay for parking. I booked 2 rooms and the 1 room was not ready for us when we got there at 5.30 in the evening. Isn't check in around 3? Good job we didn't show up earlier isn't it.

It was central to the activity that we were in town for. The dining room staff was horrible.

It was in a very convenient area for us and was fairly clean. No bar fridge in our room. This hotel was very nice, the beds were very comfortable which is nice after a long day.

Location, value & hamilton. Free wireless Internet as Hamilton core; no need to use motel's $10/day offering. Parking is additional, but underground and convenient/safe.

Underground access to arena and shops was fantastic. Had to go all the way outside the front lobby to smoke, found receptionist to be rude. Older hotel. Basic no frills, clean andaccommodations. I would definitely stay there again.

Pay for Internet & parking! Elevators slow, one broken down, Internet was a charge, hard to setup, parking daily fee another surprise.
Date of Stay:

Room was spacious, clean, quiet. The underground mall attached to the hotel was dingy. Good location close to events that we were attending. Clean, spacious, hotel associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Central location to shopping, entertainment, conference facilities were excellent. There was not really anything that did not meet our expectations would stay again. We were very pleased with the underground parking and easy access to the hotel as we are both semi handy-able. The hotel was lovely and the rooms was very well appointed and roomy and furniture comfortable. We were not aware of the attachment to the large Jackson Square Shopping Center, and next time we will stay longer and take advantage of all it has to offer as well. Our stay was short to see a concert, but we will stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Location and cleanliness. Had to park far from entrance to hotel door in underground lot.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is very close to attractions downtown, but in an undesirable part of town.
