stayed with a group for a school club convention; initially had some trouble, but management went out of their way to make things right; did have some trouble on the first night with a concert crowd, but great after that--be careful with events in the area

Spacious room, wireless internet nice, plenty of things in hotel and nearby. Shower was terrible, bathroom needs updating and cleaning. Nice big facilities, good food was served to our group, only down spot was the bathroom in my room- need updating.

At a discounted rate of *, this hotel was still way overpriced. The rooms are in serious need of overhaul. The carpet was frayed, the walls stained, everything looked shabby. The gym -- highly touted on the website -- featured out of date, and out of repair equipment -- 70s era universal machines in bad repair -- and nothing that would fit a shorter person.

The indoor/outdoor pool area was nice/clean/good foliage. The hotel room was very small and the layout was difficult to navigate. Upon arrival to the hotel room we found the bed unmade down to the mattress. After a quick phone call to customer service and an hour and a half long dinner we returned to the room to find it in the same condition. We were moved, by registration, our "upgraded" room was slightly larger. The web site and my expectations regarding the price of the room were not met.

Excellent staff, and excellent services. The hotel was convenient to the affair attended. It had friendly and courteous staff, excellent view, and I give it an outstanding rating.

The restaurants were smoke filled and not family friendly in this regards. The elevator locations were inconvenient. No microwave or fridge.

The staff was quick to respond to my needs. No mini refrigerator or microwave available for the price. The hotel was a very nice hotel for the rating, however for the type of hotel I expected to have at least a mini refrigerator to keep food overnight and a microwave.

Nice redecorating, great bed. Hotel restaurants not available. Loved the location, but the unavailability of more than the bar was very disappointing.
