Only stayed for the night... I was very disappointed about paying for parking. Check-in time is also a little late- 3 p.m., and they cannot guarantee an earlier check-in. Rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. Wireless in every room. TV quality is not the greatest...

Very nice stay for family gathering and housing wedding guest. Not many options to have cocktails, room service shut down to early.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the room clean and comfortable. I stayed on the club level floor and found nothing available in the club level room. There were no snacks, water, hot coffee or tea. I rented a vehicle and was not very appreciative of the $17.32/day parking rate for valet service. I thought that was expensive for a hotel guest. There was no refrigerator or microwave available. The housekeeping staff did not appear until 4pm and asked me to leave until she was done. She replaced the towels but not the washcloths. The HBO was not working for two entire days and the internet service was intermittent. The club level was a joke. Only continental breakfast items offered. There was nothing available in the club room until Wednesday morning, I checked it every morning at 6:30 before I left the hotel. The front desk was not very attentive. I asked about the internet service and was told that the computers must have an attitude. This person did not attempt to even look at the computer to determine the problem. Upon checkout, another person quoted me the charges of another guest with a similar name and was ready to charge my card until I stopped her. There is no shuttle service to the airport, Stockyards or other shopping centers offered by the hotel. The trolley runs in the downtown area and taxi's are available for the outside shopping areas. I was truly disappointed with this hotel and will not stay here again. The OMNI seemed to welcome its guests and visitors with alot more hospitality. I spent more time at that hotel than the one I booked.

Rooms were too small and bare in decor. Bed was not particularly comfortable. People who looked like gang members hung around the door smoking all the time. Very off putting!

The room was large. We were there for two nights, there were the same dirty dishes and food sitting out in our hallways. The floors downstairs were always wet. I was very disappointed in this hotel. It is new, but is not being taken care of. There were people lurking around outside the doors when we entered, and it did not feel safe. There was no AC in the hallways and it was not clean. It did not meet my expectations.

Updated and clean. We arrived late, so we only used the room. The room was updated, very clean and the plasma tv was wonderful! We are planning to stay again next time we travel to Fort Worth.

The lobby was very nice and remodeled. The hotel was remodeled nicely but you can't turn a 2 star into a 3 1/2 star. Ido not have anything good to say about the hotel. The morning after bad sleep due to no A/C the lady at the front desk would not adjust my stay. This really stinks.
