I have stayed here before and did not have the problem I had this time with NOISE! If I was lucky, I got maybe 2 hours of sleep???? I could hear the people in the room next to me, a wedding broke up at 230am or so, and I could hear a group of people in the hall outside of my room, someone's car alarm went off in the parking lot outside my room, and all night branches on the tree outside my room kept hitting the window. Not a very restful night!

We stayed at the Sheraton for Valentine's Day weekend package. It included dinner with champagne. When we got to the room, there were covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne which I did not realize was included. They also put rose petals on the bed! In the morning we had breakfast in the restuarant which was also included. The staff was really friendly and it was nice to be able to get in the indoor pool in the winter. We wanted to go the Outlets in the morning by their shuttle but it was booked. The desk clerk told us that we could wait but we decided to go another time. We WILL be back.

Great location. Very nice room with large flat screen TV. Better breakfast. I know it is free, but had better breakfasts at lower priced properties. Nice Sheraton property. Large room with flat screen TV. High speed internet worked fine. Location was close to Jeresy Shore hospital which was purpose of visit (family member in hospital).

This place needs updating in every area of the hotel. It's suitable for a short stay on business. The staff was fair but could be more attentive to guest.

The Sheraton at Eatontown N.J. was accomodating in all ways for one exception,sound proofing.You will get very familiar with your neighbor.

Staff was professional. Horrid room. Dirty. Beautiful lobby & nice staff. Breakfast buffet poor but you can order a side of eggs from kitchen for $3. Room was shabby. Cheap thin linens, very poor quality blankets & pillows & bed. I moved the phone & the solid wood top of the night stand fell on my foot. AC unit near bed overhead was very loud & had to shut it off to sleep thus making room uncomfortably hot. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling. No WiFi. Dusty, heavy red velvet drapes, dirty windows with rusty frames. Room had weird musty odor & slight cigarette smell even though it is non-smoking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service. Wasn't too impressed with the room. Staff definitely pleasant and organized a shuttle for us very promptly. Hotel in quite a convenient location - just off the Garden State Parkway and in close proximity to the beach (10-15 mins). The room was not up to the Sheraton standard - carpet not very clean and towels a little worn.

I cannot find 20 words to describe anything good. The amenities in the room were terrible. Would never go to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

Nice rooms. The room smelled strongly of smoking. We had trouble finding a parking space when we arrived, it smelled strongly of smoke, and was quite noisy in the hallways late at night.
