Lovely hotel, awesome furniture and decor. However, there's a rather eerie sense to the atmosphere, something that belies the building's former use as a bank. For some reason, I had the impression that the building was formerly used as a hospital .

This was a great stay. The hotel is in an old bank and all the floors are the original wood. Three bars that at are very cool and very friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a great location, very easy to find. A few complaints: there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom & hair on the sheets, so it didn't look like they had been changed, small things most people would have overlooked but the hotel was good about responding to my request. One plus I was allowed to check-in early 9at no additional charge) even though I was told over the phone that I wouldn't be able to.

The room and the location. Parking. We had difficulty getting into our room which was a pain. We had to go downstairs three different times to get new keys - and then our room get switched. It wouldn't have been a big deal if we weren't in such a hurry. We were allowed to check out late which was awesome. Valet only which I hate, but I was able to find a spot on the street for free.

The building is beautiful and definately has a historic feel to the hotel. Staff were couteous and very helpful. The room was wonderful and the bathroom was even better! We visit Columbia frequently and this is the best hotel that we have stayed in by far!

Main reason for this trip was to go to the Columbia Museaum of Art. The Hotel was located a block away.Hotel was a newly rennovated historic building, as was the Main Street area where it is located. Ate at one of there restarunts several times, very good All the staff were first class, helpful,and gave great imformation on the area. Would go back next time we go to Clumbia,SC

Clean, fresh, bed and bathroom, loved it. Parking 18.00, we shouldn't have had to pay that much. We were very pleased. We were there for my daughters graduation from USC. We had my 89 year old Mom and everyone was nice, wonderful and pleasant.

It had a lot of style. The toilet seat was loose and annoying. This hotel was very clean and stylish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but very organized and well appropriated. The bathroom was excellent except for the loose toilet seat.

Fabulous renovation of historic building with first class decor. Very comfortable and great martini bar in old bank vault - with original lock! Car damaged in parking lot.

Classy rooms great decor, clean and terrific mattress. There's not much draw to this part of Columbia. My husband and i did a getaway weekend to see a specific show at the Columbia museum of art. The hotel was just a block away. The room was fantastic, well appointed if a bit small. everything was clean and it was well priced, a good value. The hotel people were very helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.

Clean and convenient. Very poor window soundproofing; all street noises were heard on 15th floor. The parking is expensive for valet, but there is a cheaper lot with a covered bridge connection close by. There is a hospital nearby, so sirens are expected, but they were very loud on the 15th floor; the hotel has very poor soundproofing. Otherwise, it is very clean and friendly, bright and inviting.

Price. Rooms were not very sound proof; lots of noise from the hallway. Beautiful sleek modern clean rooms. Although rooms were small, it was comfortable. Loved the plasmaTV in the bathroom. Check out the Martini bar in the bank vault and the great view from the roof bar. The hotel has a lot of history which added to it's charm. Great location w/in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would stay there again.

Multiple bars. Small guest rooms. This hotel is an old converted bank building in downtown Columbia. The atmosphere is charming and there are multiple bars to have a relaxing drink. The hotel is very conveniently located in the downtown area within close proximity of the University of South Caroplina.

Convenient to downtown. No free high speed internet access and excessive parking cost. Excellent old vintage atmosphere with modern convenience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
