Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards but a few blocks too many. It did not feel like a safe walk, especially after dark. If the Inner Harbor and baseball are the reason you are there, stay closer to them. Hotel was noisy from sirens on the street and from sprinkler repair maintenance at 3am, as well as another guest on the hallway having their luggage picked up at 3:30 am. Toilet was backed up and maintenance needed to be called. Orioles game couldn't be watched in the room, it was on a tv channel that the rooms did not have.

Friendly staff and accommodating. Temperature of room was way too hot and air was stuffy. Facility was nice, clean and attractive. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall temperature of our room, hallways were hot and stuffy!

The rooms were very clean, quiet and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice toiletries! The parking lot at the hotel was full every night so we had to park at the underground lot (entrance in the middle of the street). The stairwell coming out of this parking lot was covered in urine. This parking lot was not part of the hotel, but I'm writing this because information for this parking garage was on the website. Also, on checkout morning, a bill for 33 was put under my door for Valet Parking. This amount was automatically charged to my credit card. I never used valet parking. I questioned the bill when I checked out, and they did take it off my credit card. Keep track of your charges if you are going to stay in this hotel.

One of the oldest hotel buildings in Baltimore, the rooms are updated and clean. A/C is weak, full on barely kept room comfortable. Location fine in central downtown Baltimore. Free wi-fi would have been nice. Instead I used my phone. Used water taxi on inner harbor area to travel to several tourist sites. Very convenient and friendly people. Ft McHenry a must see.

The view from the 22nd floor. No free shuttle service to inner harbor and the parking prices. The parking for an overnight stay was $27 with no in-out privileges. If you valet parked it was $40. One of the valet personnel said that it was the highest in the city. The entire city was incredibly expensive.

when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that their lot was full, so the valet and the front desk directed us to the lot across the street. they joked around about it being cheaper and a better deal, wefound out why. apparently the lot across the street had been victimized several times in the past week by breakins targeting out of state vehicles and our car was broken into. we were informed that since we should have our rooms comped, but since we booked with travelocity, the hotel could not do anything for us. i was irate, the police informed us of the previous break-ins and if anyone decides to stay here, make sure you do not park in the alternate lot!!!! i will never stay here again!

The location was a couple blocks from the Inner Harbor. Walking distance to Camden Yards and the Metro. Water taxi was great. Check out Fell's Point and Bertha's Mussels.

Front desk staff was helpful. Noise from sirens and not cleaning room each day. For the price we paid, I was pleased with the rooms and hotel. The pool was so cold (78 degree water in June) and they have a full-time lifeguard. There was a convention in the hotel, but it did not create any problems for the guest due to the large size.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us get a van ride to the powerplant and gave us the number to a local pizza place. Also brought extra balnkets and pillows to our room.

Reviews I read before staying here were mixed so I was not sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and efficient. The checkout was the fastest I've experienced. A staff member walked through the checkout line and, if you had already paid in full, noted it on his list...end of checkout. I requested a room in the North Tower since the South Tower (apparently still under renovation) seemed to have the majority of the bad reviews. The hallway leading to the room seemd dark and not very inviting, but once in the room it was a different matter. The room was not large but certainly large enough for an overnight stay of two people. It was clean with new looking furnishings. The bathroom was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the second floor so there was no view from the window but how many rooms in a center city hotel does. I chose to self park at a commercial parking building across the street. It was about * a day. Valet parking or self parking at the hotel was more expensive. The hotel does have limited space for you to park near the door while loading or unloading but it is limited. I often observed a line of cars waiting to get a space. The Inner Harbour was withing walking distance though the area not far from the hotel appeared to be rather rough. I recommend anyone walking at night stick to the main streets or use a cab. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the Inner Harbor.

The hotel is in a great location. There is only one restaurant and unless you go to the Inner Harbor there are few other choices. The restaurant is just ok. The main problem was the room. None of the table lamps worked nor did the clock radio. The power was out. There were no chairs or table if you wished room service. The bath faucet was broken and difficult to use. On Saturday, there was renovation noise. I would not suggest this hotel.

Right in the middle of everything. Close walk to the Innerharber and Camden Yards. Shula Steak house and Shulas 2 (for bar atmosphere with the same cut of steak). Did this same trip two years ago and stayed at the Hyat and loved it. This was just as good for less money.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. I was not told about the extremely high parking charges. Over $80 for 2 days. Very upset about that. The AC only went down to 68 and it wasn't really 68, it was very hot at night. They were skimpy with the towels and the most disappointing thing was that the parking was very expensive and we were not told prior to checking in!

The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance of EVERYTHING you could want to do in Baltimore. Biggest complaint is that for an expensive hotel, they don't allow you to control the temp in the room. In the middle of the summer, the room felt like it was 80 inside. couldn't set the AC any cooler than "68". They did come and set it to VIP standard of 65 when asked though.

Very friendly and fast front desk staff. Shocked by the high price of parking for 24 hours! Great stay, very friendly and clean. Only complaint is that there was no information stating that there was a highparking fee $28 for self parking blocks from the hotel, $40 for valet parking.

When I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM, I checked in and took the elevator to the room only to find that I was given a room that was not made up. So I took the elevator back down to the front desk to inform them that my assigned room was not attended to. I was then given another room, however, by this time; I was entering my room at 3:30 AM.
