Date of Stay: June, 2009

Sheraton Brussels is in a great location as it is walking distance to Grand Place and many other great sites. It is also walking distance to Mary Chocolatier, one of the best in Brussels. Room was fine, workout facilities were well above par and the view from the roof top pool was great. Concierge service is exceptionally knowledgable and friendly, the way it should be. Staff was very helpful and friendly overall.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds & pillows, courtesy computers, sense of security, very helpful concierge staff & friendly staff. Rooms very outdated, very rough towels & no complimentary tea/coffee in room. This hotel is approximately 1/2 mile from main plaza/restaurants. Good walking distance for after dinner stroll. Hotel staff very friendly/helpful. Lobby very beautiful, however, rooms very outdated. Very comfortable beds/pillows, but very hard & rough towels. Courtesy computers/printers very nice. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

Very large room with a comfortable bathroom. Helpful staff. Only drawback was the high price of breakfast which is 25 € per person. 15 minutes to Grand Place by foot

Very dissatisfied with lack of internet service in the room. No explanation offered. I have the impression this is a recurrent problem. Restaurant staff not eager to serve.

Close proximity to the train station. Loved how easy it was to get to this hotel by train from Amsterdam. Also, the hotel is very central to all the nice things to do in the city.

Location is great-we walked everywhere with ease. Swimming pool too cold. The rooms were very comfortable and large, especially for most in Europe. For seeing Brussels, absolutely the best location having almost all city sites within walking distance. Many places to eat, shop, sightsee without ever taking your car out of the parking lot. I would highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveler and look forward to returning if I ever get back to Brussels.

Great place to for combine for business and leisure. No free Internet. The hotel offers a good environment for people on business while enjoying Brussels at the same time. Quality of toiletry items is good. And, TV program is quite large: virtually programs were offered in all major languages. Furthermore, the staff was very professional and friendly. They were always prepared to help, even at 04:15am when I checked out.

Great water pressure in shower. No WiFi in the rooms; noisy washroom pipes; and poor pool access. A adequate three-star hotel with no particular appeal.

The rooms were spacious, unlike most hotels in Europe. If you are looking for the comfort and space of an American hotel while overseas, this hotel is right for you. I felt as though it was lacking in European taste; given that we were on vacation, I would have liked to feel like I was visiting somewhere outside of the US. The hotel offers free WIFI in the lobby. The staff was very cordial and outgoing. Our bed was huge and so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning.

Very clean and concierge very helpful. Charges for using calling card from the room. Overall, a very nice hotel for the four star rating. Convenient enough to the shopping area and downtown area - walk to the train is 2 minutes from the hotel and easily accessible to get to the airport. Concierge was very helpful in guiding us with any questions we had.

Sauna and pool. Rooms furniture in desparate need of replacement. Need larger beds. Huge rooms. Too bad, the beds are small and don't take advantage of the large room. Furniture need a new update. The kids loved the 30th floor pool, and I liked the fitness center and sauna. Bathroom look dated too but the showers had great pressure. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the Grand Palace Square.

Huge room for a hotel in Europe. A bit cold in appearance - not very inviting. The Sheraton has a decent location in central Brussels. It is a very short walk to the Brussels-Nord train station and about a 10-15 minute walk away from the Grand Place tourist area. The hotel rooms are quite spacious compared to other rooms in Europe, offering two queen-size beds rather than twin beds. There were quite a number of restaurants and cafes available in the hotel, although we did not use any of them. Furnishings in the lobby and rooms were standard but clean. Overall, a nice hotel for anyone looking to spend a few days in Brussels.

Clean rooms and convenient to tourist attractions. No coffee pot in the room. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff could be a bit friendlier especially to tourists.
