The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants; it is decorated tastefully and the room/bed was very comfortable.

Great staff, comfy, good location. Patron's car was broken into behind hotel. Huge business hotel with a shallow pool for the kids, plus an outdoor pool. They charge you for lots of stuff that's free at lower star hotels: local calls, breakfast, etc.

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. I was disappointed with our room, though. It was very clean which is very important to me, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The blankets were scratchy and the bottom sheet never stayed in place. The bathroom was very small and the towels very thin and rough. Our room was all the way at the end of hall, so I doubt they use it very often. It seemed to have a smaller bathroom than other rooms in the hotel, though. I would have been mad if we paid full price for the room, but we received such a deep discount. The room was nice compared to other hotels in that price range. Overall I would stay there again, I would just want a room closer to the elevator.

I have stayed at this Sheraton a number of times- usually for a week at a time. Great location near the interstate so there is easy access to Milw and the surrounding area. Great places to eat nearby- but they are mainly higher end. Nice indoor and outdoor pool areas- and brand new cardio workout area. Staff okay- asked for a refrigerator on my first day and never did get one after several follow up calls. I combine my business trip with pleasure while I'm in Milwaukee- especially in summer. Great Zoo- make sure you check out Summerfest or some of the Ethnic Festivals held at the Summerfest grounds in downtown Milwaukee.

The hotel is located right off the expressway and is close to many restaurants and stores in a safe location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Well worth it for the price.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. The gym had plenty of treadmills and other equipment (and no lame useage feet). The bed was very comfortable. Maid did turndown service. My room was clean and quiet. The bar had good service and served strong drinks. I had my key demagnetize twice and the desk clerk fixed the problem quickly each time.I really have no complaints about this hotel for the price except for the fact that it is a little bit out of the way. It's about 8 miles west of downtown, but there is a convenient mall nearby, so if you have a car for getting around, it's extremely convenient.If I go back to Milwaukee, I will definitely stay here again. A great value for the price of the room.

Room and facilities were clean and safe. Easy access to highway and downtown about 15 minutes away. Great location! Enjoyed the stay very much. Front desk was very helpful!

The hotel is in the midst of construction, and we were not aware of this when we made our reservation. We had to go all over the hotel to find our room, and took the wrong elevator twice! The pool was FREEZING cold! The service in the restaurant was pretty good. Our server was very friendly, however, the breakfast buffet was HORRIBLE! If you are just looking for a bed, this hotel is ok. However, do not expect to be wowed!

The photos on this site on the day I went and today, are not the right photos. They have an indoor/outdoor pool but it does not at all look like those photos. The lobby photo doesn't look like the lobby of the hotel either. Don't get me wrong the hotel was very nice and the time I went very cheap. I would stay there again next year.

Checking in they provided me with a room that was set up for a wheel chair bound. No bath tub just a shower curtain with a drain in the floor.

The beds were nice in this hotel but the hallways to the guest rooms needed some touching up. The indoor pool and hot tub were under construction but at least the outdoor pool was open. Close to the mall and the zoo. Bathrooms were a little small. We did all enjoy the outdoor pool, it had perfect water temperature. Would stay again!

My daughter and I flew to Milwaukee to visit my grandaughter in Rogers Memorial in Oconomowoc and the hotel was in an ideal location because it was just minutes from the airport and from Oconomowoc. The room was lovely, the 5 pillows on the bed were the bomb and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in a while. All in all the hotel was beautiful and we have already recommended to two people. Keep up the good work.

Great location right off of the highway, great hotel! Hotel was clean and up to date. Did not seem like a 3.5 star, I would rate it a 4.5.
