Sheraton used to mean a nice hotel at a reasonable price, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room at the Annapolis Sheraton. Shower very moldy with black mold actually dripping from under the soap dish in the bath tub. Ugh! Carpet could have used a good vacuuming as well. The loss of the usual amenities was also visible: no full length mirror, short beds (my 6'2' husband's feet hung over the ends of the bed), no fan in the bathroom. We wouldn't stay there again.

Cleanliness. Staff that met us was knowledgeable about the area - provided a map, highlighted the route we needed to take to dinner, recommended a dining location and gave us a ticket for a free appetizer. Great service!

booked hotel online and was extremely pleased. Hotel was clean with outstanding service.

I travel 85% for work and my stay length is usually two or three weeks, so I stay at a hotel long enough to really see a clear picture of their day-to-day operations. First off, I have to commend their bar service- the bar is relatively well-priced unlike most hotels I stay at and the bartending staff was really on top of things, making sure that even with a very busy bar (World Series games were last week-- it was packed!) everyone is well taken care of. However, I likely wouldn't have had to be at the bar as often as I did if the service elsewhere in the hotel was similar. The cleaning staff is especially bad-- my sink was left dirty three days in a row, housekeeping entered when my Do Not Disturb sign was on. The mattresses are not firm, the pillows lumpy, and the linens (esp. the duvet) are in need of being replaced. The hotel staff at the desk were surly at best, rude at worst. I discussed several issues with the supervisor, to no avail. My phone was also broken during my entire stay-- even after three visits from engineering. It's unfortunate because usually I enjoy Sheratons, but this one definitely wasn't worth visiting again. It is in close proximity to both Annapolis/Baltimore and DC which I guess is a plus for weekend travelers, especially since there is a large mall across the street, but for the business traveler- you won't get a great night's sleep and you definitely will not feel like a guest-- just another inconvenience for the staff at the Sheraton Annapolis.

This newly renovated Hotel was ideal for us, after an 8 hour drive the downstairs Bar was very relaxing.

Nicely renovated, quiet, clean rooms. Conveniently located. Reasonable rates. A very good value. Service at breakfast was very slow, however (maybe just an off day).

This hotel has great location right beside Annapolis Mall and many resturants. Short drive to historic district and Naval Academy

The First room I had I was hearing a drip sound thinking it may have been the toilet resetting. Finally got up to check and there was water leak coming from the ceiling. So I was moved w/o any problems. The second room was great, lots of room. Ordered breakfast, kindy of pricy, but the fast delivery service, excellent. Enjoyed very much. The only thing that was a disppointment was that the rooms on the side where the highway is located are NOT sound proof. Hear traffic all night along except if you turn the fan up high to drown out the traffic.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Noisy neighbors in the room next door the first night. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed with good hot shower. Thank you.

The bedding was great. The room had a terrible odor from the new paint and also from a previous guest's pet (urine on the carpet). No light bulb in the bathroom, closet door wouldn't shut and no fan switch in the bathroom (missing). They also didn't replace the plastic bag for the ice bucket. Also, on our only trip to the pool, there were no towels. The hotel has potential but when you're paying */night, it should be much, much better.

The reservation that I made was for a non smoking room with a king size bed. Upon arriving at the hotel, I checked in and went to the room. To my dismay the room was a smoking room with two queen size beds. When I returned to the front desk, I found that the only other availiable room required a $50.00 up-grade per night which I did.

The location was nice, close to the mall. The room service was prompt. I did not like the $3.95 fee for using the ATM. The air conditioning system cycled off and on rather loudly every 15 minutes.

The hotel is only minutes to the historic district of Annapolis and about half the cost of the hotels in the historic district. It is very clean and comfortable. Good staff, very helpful. It was a bit noisy one night while we were there due to a wedding party. However, the hotel desk was aware of the situation, but not much was done about it. The second night it was just fine - wedding party left.

The staff was pleasant and polite. Check in easy with no hassels as was check out. The room needed some maintenance (tub did not empty fast enough when showereing, the room smelled like smoke (they switched recently to all non-smoking rooms)because the walls and carpet had not been washed/cleaned. There was a courtesy van that ran into town, however the drop off and pick up spots were often confusing. Dining room prices a little on the high side.Overall a clean, pleasant place to stay.

The Sheraton of Annapolis is a beautiful hotel with friendly and prompt service. The room was very nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect--close to the mall, restaurants and easy access to transportation.

Location, TV, fitness room. Duvet cover and blanket - needs updating.
