Nice clean large room. Nice pool and Jacuzzi, but locking inside door and leaving room through garden door causes you to be locked out and need to get security to unlock the door for you. $10 parking fee.

Great Disneyland shuttle. Nice pool. Lovely courtyards. So close to the freeway that you feel every truck at 2 am. Great grounds, friendly and eager to please staff. Very close to freeway so make sure you know where your room is. Good food in the rather pricey restaurant. Nice clean rooms and great baths. Not family friendly if you plan on watching TV at all.

arrived at our hotel and the front desk was very nice to us.the guy gave us our key and said we will have a nice view of the fireworks at night.we went to our room and it had not been cleaned from the ones before us.and you couldnt see anything from our window.went back down and they did give us a nice room that was clean.asked for a wake up call for 430am on our last morning and never recieved one.over all the hotel was nice, the pool was nice and the workers where nice, but the service when we needed it wasnt very good.this hotel really didnt stand out from any other hotel.

The Front Desk of this hotel needs more training with customer service. Unfortunately, the impression you get from one agent affects the rest of the staff. We arrived at the hotel at around 130pm, before check in at 3p. Walked up to the desk, this receptionist was chewing gum, was not friendly and looked like she wanted to be somewhere else but there. I asked if we can check in early, the answer I got was not until 3. I was expecting more from her considering she works in the hospitality business. At 230 I walked up to the desk again and ask if the room is available. I got another agent who advised me that it's still not available but will I consider another room. I then told her why was I not given that option early on. Overall experience was not bad except for the Front Desk. I believe that if your first contact with the hotel would have been great, friendly , happy and informative agents, everything will follow. I was just disappointed after that. Even 1 star hotels act a lot friendlier and welcoming than these agents have shown.

Comfortable hotel. Close to Disney. Loved the shuttle service!

Staff was friendly and helpful and quick to please. Location. Very good overall experience. Great casual dining. Even though we were in the north tower, it was still close enough to the lobby and free transportation to Disneyland which was good. The room was okay clean, not squeaky clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel is great especially since they have shuttles to and from disneyland every half hour. They have a big pool and big rooms! They also have a disney desk that yiu can buy tickets at but only if you get 2 or more days ticket! The parking is like 10 bucks for like 1 day and then if you check out the next day you don't have to pay again. If you have to get another parking ticket because your key isn't working just go to the front desk and they'll fix your key and you won't have to pay. I will say that it is a little confusing to re-enter after you already paid for overnight parking but just go to the front desk and they'll help you out! The staff is very nice and we even came like 2 hours before check-in time and they let us check in. If you want to find a great place to eat just ask the guy at the disneyland desk and he is very good about telling you what grocery stores are around and restruants. Room service is good and the pool is nice andd clean and their is tables to eat at and their isn't a lot of people that go their during the day! They also have shuttles to Knott's Berry Farm an Amusement park and water park!!! Overall it was a great stay!!!!!!!!!! If you want to go to a good place to eat their is restraunts together in a plaza i forgot what its called but its brand new its got places to shop and eat iot also has some cool fountain it's in walking distance to disneyland!!!

We had a great overnight stay at the Sheraton. It was very easy to check in and find our room. We came and rested and then went back to Disneyland for the fireworks and night show. Great location with easy access to all of the Anaheim area attractions!

Restaurant, game room, nice lobby, clean, able to bring dog with us, convenient parking. Front desk was not very friendly. I enjoyed the convenience of having most everything I needed in the hotel itself. The game room had pool tables and video games, very good place to hang out with a child and meet other people. Restaurant service was excellent. Room was clean, had a view of Disneyland fireworks from our room. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog and met a lot of nice people who also stayed there. Shuttle service to Disneyland was very frequent and easy to use.

What a great hotel to bring my granddaughter on her first visit to Disneyland. I have been to different Anaheim area hotels - this is the one that I will definitely rebook. Front desk -management staff - exceptionally helpful. Facilities included a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant, a Deli, guest laundry, free shuttle to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, WIFI - internet location, these are all the things I look for when traveling. Let's not forget the manicured and meticulous grounds where you can sit, read, relax or just take in a leisure stroll or take a dip in the swimming pool/Jacuzzi during your break from Disneyland. Our room was compatible to a suite with 2 queen side beds large area for the three of us. I can always count on a Sheraton Hotel for comfort, security and cleanliness. thank you

This is a great hotel for Disney visitors; we have stayed there a few times now. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice - much better than others I have seen around Disneyland. We had no problems getting on the free shuttle to Disneyland and since it does not stop anywhere else, you are there in just a few minutes. The morning breakfast buffet is extremely overpriced; I would suggest skipping that, but there is a small market/deli inside the hotel that makes great soups, sandwiches, and desserts for a better price. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely rude to us and we witnessed them being just as rude to other customers checking in. Overall this is a very nice hotel, especially for people like me who are picky about the quality of the hotel they are willing to sleep at. If you can ignore the rudeness of the front desk staff, you will most likely have a pleasant stay here.

The room was very spacous for two adults and 3 kids. We used the shuttle to Disneyland which was very convenient...the one problem we had was they forgot to give us our wake up call...thank goodness we set the alarm.

Comfortable beds, clean, spacious room, good location. Quality control of rooms, movies did not work, didn't fix, staff follow-through terrible. It was a nice, clean, comfortable, spacious room for a couple or family. It had added activities for both. The hotel just needed better follow-thru with the staff and quality control to check all things are working in the room before releasing it.

we stayed there 2 nights and it was great. our friends stayed at the resort at disneyland and paid 3 times more and it wasnt any nicer..use the shuttle at the hotel because it is not o short walk.i saved 400 dollars versus my friends .the good part was they had a room at the resort and we mostly went back to there room to use the restroom or change clothes ,so hint hint tell your friends to get a room at disney, and use the sheraton to lay your head down at night. worked for me

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would not rate this hotel in the same class as a typical Sheraton. The carpets are worn and dirty, the hotel staff is inexperienced and not helpful, there are problems with the plumbing, just an overall run down and tired hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Disneyland and its shuttle service.

We picked this hotel because it offered free shuttle service to Disneyland every 30 minutes. We were surprised by the large room, attractive lobby and very helpful staff. We found the room a little noisy at night, but nothing out of the ordinary for a family hotel. Our trip became a second honeymoon - we'll definitely stay here again!

It was clean, bed was great. See below I was very disappointed to arrive and find out the pool and spa were broken, the gym wasn't open (remodeling) and the parking lot was under construction necessitating driving around a few times to find parking and then having to haul my suitcase the length of the hotel.

pro: clean, big rooms (3rd fl), good for kids, comfy beds and sheets, good temp control, excellent on-time shuttle to Disneyland, decent breakfast bistro con: bathroom too small though, no flat screen HDTV, movies are too expensive ($12 on a 27" tube TV?), some noise from freeway, $10/day self-parking

The Sheraton at Anahem has a great location and wonderful appearance. The staff is very courteous and professional. However, the parking gate, having to slide a card to get out, has got to be one of the most uninviting experiences I've had in my car!
