I found the staff friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I can't think of anything. This hotel provided excellent service, clean accommodations, great food and drinks. The computer center was a welcomed, unexpected service. The pool was beautiful and the location was perfect for me. Their airport shuttle service picked me up within 5 minutes after I arrived. I found it to be a wonderful experience.

hotel needs serious upgrade...definitely not on par with other sheraton hotels i have stayed in....room not clean and believe me i'm not picky..those reviews must have been written by the owners..do not eat in the dinning rm...we were the only people in the dining rm which should have been a clue since it was a saturday afternoon. After 45 minutes a waiter finally came and took our order...another half hour later we got a cup of tea but no silverware..another long wait for that...the food came and it was awful...chicken club with slimey chicken which didn't smell good...afraid to eat it..the worst cobb salad with 3 pieces of more slime chicken and onion soup which was even bad...very very overpriced for tab of $43 plus tip...complained to mgr of dining rm after another half hr wait he decided to drop the tab to $28...i went to the mgr of the hotel and he took off the charges for food off my bill. The only plus for this hotel is the check in staff and mgr..there are no other places close by for eating so we had to out for chinese food...tab for that $25 for 2 wonton soups and pork fried rice. There are so many other hotels in the area that would be a better choice.

The room felt like a five stars hotel, the bed was excellent, the location was very quiet easy access in and out,I-95 close by, FLL Airport 5 minutes away, we received complimentary parking because the lady at the front desk was easy to talk to and very professional. The staff was very nice and very accomodating, only a little problem with the keys, I had to get new keys the second day. Clean rugs, clean bathrooms, great shower head. They let you sleep, unlike other pricy hotels were the start knocking on your door at 8 am. Best of all, quiet, did not hear noises of people running around the halls. We needed relaxation and we got it. The elevators arrived fast, we did not have to wait to much. Better discounts if you booked two days in a row. Paid only 87.50 per night. No parking fees.

They were receptive to us telling us our room smelled like smoke and moved us. Smelled like smoke, mildew in room, hair in my bed, old and run down. I would never stay at a Sheraton again because of my experience at this hotel. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. The hair dryer, bathroom, and bed had hair all over them. Stay across the street at the Hilton so much nicer!

Stayed 2 separate times with my family (young kids, too!). The staff accommodated us fully. My dinner selection at the restaurant was outstanding. The front desk and customer service solved every problem (even provided first aid when my daughter scraped her knee). Unknowingly, I left my wallet in the restaurant, FULL of cash for tips, & credit cards. Our waiter FOUND me after we had left and returned it unopened. He's a saint. Great place.

While the location was great, the hotel looked in need of some basic maintenance and upkeep and the restaurant was definitely sub-par.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. We thought the location was nice (near a few stores that we liked) and very close to the port. Value was great. We were upgraded for free to a room with high speed internet for our laptop. The only thing was that when we got to our room, there was wine and cheese in the room. We were a little baffled and didn't really touch it but about an hour later, the front desk called up and said that the dining staff would be coming to get it to take it to another room because it was put in the wrong room. We were a little grossed out when we thought about the fact that they would take food from one occupied room and give it to someone else rather than making another. How did they know we hadn't touched it? Other than that, the place was clean and the service was fine. The pool area is nice with a spa and extra towels. The parking is a bit of a ripoff. We had to pay * (I think) a day to park in their parking lot as guests. Overall, I would stay there again.

I travel for business at least 2 times per month and I always find the beds at other hotels to be marginal at best. This hotel has very comfortable beds and very nice linens. The fitness center was just getting all new equipment and the staff were very friendly.

Helpful hotel staff. No smoking rooms, a small frig would have been nice. I made a quick trip to visit family. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and near main arteries to travel through Ft. Lauderdale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

First room smelled so bad we were given a new room missing toiletries. Gum stuck on carpet next to bed. Must pay 14/day to park. Rooms need updated and CLEANED. Did not restock coffee; waited 2 hours for arrival after 2 calls. Towels & glasses left outside overnight at pool area.

Nothing. The A/C. The A/C was very hot and it was summer time and I called the front desk the tolled me that is the hotel system we can not do anything about it. Also you have to pay for the parking by hour or daily rate 13$ and it shouldn't because the hotel is not in downtown area the parking should be free.

Clean and quiet. Expensive food and movies. The exterior of the hotel does not look very nice. It looks old and needs paint, but the interior was super. High ceiling in the lobby with a nice water fountain. Overall nice interior.
