friendly staff. Nice and clean room. Breakfast service staff a little slow (May be we came at the wrong time) most of the food were out and we ask for water but we never got.Other than that every should have 5 star.

Free parking. Stains on the rug in the room. The hotel served its purpose for this trip. My nephew was graduating in Cleveland and I needed a place to stay for the night so I did not have a long drive the day of. I was at the hotel only to sleep (about 9 hours total), my husband and I both slept well.

We felt the hotel accommodations and staff were excellent! We were in Cleveland participating at a dog show at the IX Center. This was the best, dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Food and staff in the restaurant were also great! Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hallways were dirty and the non-smoking floor had smokers. We broke out in hives due to the detergent or something on the sheets. Desk staff were freindly. Very over prices. Should of been half the price.

This hotel was right at the airport with continuous shuttle service available. It was an older hotel but has been updated and was very clean. There is info on all flights from Cleveland-Hopkins Airport and boarding passes can be printed in the lobby. The pool and hot tub area is great with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Security is good, requiring your room key to travel to upper floors by elevator and parking is no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, there are no baggage carts available without a porter, and there was only one of those so the wait was long and we ended up just carrying our luggage in ourselves. There is a dining area but rather expensive for breakfast; no continental breakfast available.

The Sheraton Vleveland Airport Hotel is extremely convenient and affordable. We flew in, stayed at the hotel, rented a car the next morning and drove to Oberlin to watch our son play basketball., returned to the airport, dropped off the car, took the Sheraton shuttle to the hotel, and inthe morning took the hotel shuttle to the airport to catch our flight.

"The entire staff we encountered were helpful, courteous and pleasant. Kudos to housekeeping & desk clerk that found my needed ticket in the trash in hotel room after my checking out. They saved me!! The ticket could not be duplicated or replaced!! The entire hotel was safe & immaculate!"

Location. Rough bedding, dated. Good location; parking ticket is a hassle. Dated hotel; moved to Marriott after stay; much nicer. Not a 3.5 or 3.0 star, more like a 2.5 star. Never got any housecleaning!

"Overall, the hotel stay was good. Best suited for people flying in or out of clevelend airport. Dining was disappointing for the price. Stick with the simple fair rather than the entrees. Best hotel bed we have slept in, which made up for the dinner. Staff is also A+."

The Shearton Cleveland Airport was a decent business hotel. The room was clean & comfortable. The heater was very loud but never seemed to warm the room. The indoor pool was beyond cold, & the hot tub was luke warm & half filled. But, it was clean.

My husband and myself were very happy with our stay. We did spend most of our time at the Sheraton in the hotel room but the important thing was that we were very comfortable there. I would be interested in visiting the Sheraton again and I would also recommend friends and family to stay there also. Thank you Sheraton Hotel.

Everything need update, old and noisy hotel. I forgot something in the hotel, I called back on the next day. The lost and found department took my number and never call me back. What kind of hotel service customer like this. I was so upset.
