The level of disappointment in this hotel was huge. It started with trying to unload bags and things at the door nearest our room. The key did not work, so I had to put everything back in the vehicle and go to the front desk for new keys. However, when I returned to try the door again, it still did not work. Nothing was said at the check in desk that this was broke. We had to park at the far side of the hotel and traverse the maze-like hallways to get to our room. Then, wanting to get ice, I went to the ice machine (very near the room), and it too was broken, causing another long hike to find a working one. We had a room with a sleeper bed, and when I asked for extra pillows, they advised there were none in the entire hotel (although the lot looked empty). The family went to the pool for some relaxation, and found that the hot tub was also broke. I notified the front desk, yet noone came to fix it. When I tried to connect to the in-room internet to find another hotel, the box to connect to was broken. I complained to the front desk, and they connected me to an automated system that in no way helped resolve the problem. When I complained about all of the problems, I got a "care less" attitude, and was amazed that I got no follow up from any management. This is one of the worst hotel stays I can remember, and I am a regular traveler. I will never stay at another Sheraton property again, and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

When calling Sheraton direct or trying to book online they wanted * per night for the standard room. I ended up booking the room with my airline, and it worked out to */night. When I checked in and asked if my Starwood account would be getting credit for the stay I was curtly told "No! You booked through a third party so you get no credit. But if you spend money on food or incedentals we will give you credit for that." Gee thanks for nothing. The fridge in my room sometimes worked if you wiggled the cord at the back of the unit. There was dust and chewed gum behind the desk, and the free internet worked SOMETIMES, and was horribly slow. The restaurant/pub was decent, but on karaoke night the singing was extremely loud (and bad!), and they would not turn down the volume. Due to many evening receptions and parties being booked in finding parking for guests was next to impossible. Most of the spaces were then EMPTY in the morning after all the reception guests had left. I stayed in this hotel last year when it was a Wydham, and I must say the rates, ammenities, and services were so much better before Sheraton bought it out. I travel to Harrisburg every year for business, and I doubt I would stay here again.

Hotel was average. Lobby was very nice and a lot of rooms. Pool was good size but not well kept. Fitness center had nice equipment but also needed upkeep. Room was nice, but also needed some work. Over all the hotel was nice but it wasn't kept there. We went there because it was the only 4 star hotel in the area. We would have rated the hotel 3 star average. Nothing that spectacular.

King-sized beds very roomy and comfortable. Musty odor in the bathroom.

Our room at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey was very clean and comfortable. We (two adults and two 11 year old girls) had booked a room with a king sized bed and a sofa bed billed to sleep two people. When we arrived we pulled out the sofa bed and found it barely large enough to sleep one person. The staff was very nice about switching us to a room with two double beds for the same rate. The pool was wonderful, but we spent so much time at Hershey Park, we didn't have much time to use it, even though it's open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. The trip to Hershey Park is quick and easy if there's no traffic, but be forewarned, Rt 322 can get very congested, particularly on Saturday. I rated this hotel very highly, but wish they would offer the continental breakfast to all guests, not just those in the club level rooms. All in all, this hotel offers comfortable accomodations at a reasonable price.

They were very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and nice. Had a problem with the heating/cooling system in the room. We came with young children, they loved the pool and the hotel was nice enough to let us check in early. It was right off the highway, close to Hershey (our destination) and had many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

To start the fridge in our room did not work. When the air conditioner kicked on and ran it was extremely loud. We requested our rooms changed. The fridge in our new room also did not work. When taking showers we had to wait 10 minutes in between that is how long it took for the water to drain. That morning around 730a the power went out completely. Also, for as big as the building is there was only one washer and dryer and the dryer did not work. I stayed here because of all the nice reviews and not at all what I expected.

We needed a clean, comfortable, safe place near Hershey. This hotel, located a quarter mile from the road into Hershey, fit the bill. They charged my card $25 for any extra fees, but after calling the hotel to pursue this I've been told that charge will disappear.

Centrally located to the attractions. Bathroom was a little small and bathroom door was broken.

There is not negative thing that I can say about this hotel. Food was OUTRAGEOUSLY AMAZING. Rooms and beds unbelievably comfortable. (Haven't slept that good in a long time!) Staff, can't do enough for you. SUPER clean everywhere! Indoor/Outdoor pool FABULOUS. Definately a 5 star hotel in my book. Will definately stay here again. It was definately worth EVERY penny! Stay here, you WON'T be disappointed!!

The hotel was really nice. The Staff were friendly enough but nothing exceptional. The room we had was right by the pool area so it was a little noisy until the pool closed. The overall stay was great and would definitely recommend it for families that are going to hershey park. It is about 15 minutes from the park and half the price of the hotels in that area. Overall Great Stay!

Overall excellent except for problems mentioned above and don't use hotel phone for local or long distance calls very expensive. I only made one long distance call back to Tampa for less than 5minutes and it cost me over 17 dollars

Nicely appointed room with great TV. Convenient to an interstate. Room was well decorated with nice amenities. Convenient back entrance.
