the sheraton great velley needs a little facelift in the bedrooms. Room was a little tired and the carpet smelled as though it needed a cleaning.

Rooms were well furnished and clean. The smell of bleach from the pool was very strong in the lobby. A charming hotel that was very clean and staffed with professional friendly people. Rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable.

I was in town for business and I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Luckily I was on business only so I did not care about the view from my room which was the roof of another part of the building and a brick wall. The warm cookies available at night were excellent on a cold night.

Needed accomodations for my daughter, who is intellectually disabled, and me in the vicinity of Waynesborough Country Club where I was participating in the Father-Son golf tournament with my two sons. I would have preferred a room with two beds, but was told at check in that there was a hide-a-bed in the room which was not the case. I did bring an air matress and there was barely enough floor area to accomodate same. This hotel was obviously very busy and I felt fortunate to have a room, even though it lacked the niceties I had come to expect from the Sheraton chain. We enjoyed the meals both in the restaurant and room service. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was very convenient to major highways.

I was very happy with my stay here. The hotel is simply beautiful! It has its own restaurant inside which seems to be very popular on the weekends. Amenities are great and room service is great.

Cleanliness, well appointed, friendly staff, easy highway access. The fact that they charge you $4.50 for the bottled water that is in your room if you drink it.

Near highways, attractive, and good price.

Elevators need work, bathrooms need help. This is a 2 star at best. The common areas are in need of work. Elevators are in need of maintenence. The room was in need of updating especially in the bathroom. Lever for diverting water from tub to shower was stuck, tiles needed cleaning and fresh caulk. This place is on par with motel.

Convenient on and off the highways.

Staff was great, good bar and restaurant. The bathroom was a little small and the vanity not so roomy. I would like a mini refrigerator in the room. Over all very pleasant place to stay. We were originally put in a handicapped room. Since there was not a shower stall or tub the water ran out of the shower onto the floor and was headed for the carpet. I had to make a dam out of towels to keep the water from escaping. (Needs work) This room had no vanity and the bathroom light was dim. We requested a different room and were given one immediately, no problem. The new room was fine, the bed comfortable. Sheraton has the best beds! The bar was charming, the bar tender was great, the food good. It had fairly good size indoor pool.

Atmosphere and local service! Not enough jets in the hot tub.

Very friendly staff, conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The smell of chlorine in the lobby.

Room was excellent. Nothing I did not like. The room and hotel staff were excellent. When we first checked in they gave us a double bed room, which we quickly corrected to a king room. When we got into the king room there was a dirty pillow case in the sink, but they came and got it when called. We attribute this to the change in rooms.

The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and accommodating. My husband did not like that the hotel charged for internet use. The Sheraton Grand Valley was very comfortable, quiet, and accommodating. The bed and towels were plush. We never heard our neighbors nor the cleaning staff. All three mornings we slept in late but were never bothered by noise. The desk staff not only gave excellent directions but also ran off directions from the internet without being asked to do so.

Location. The cleaning staff did not appear to speak English to listen to one of our requests. Except for the insects (dead & alive) in the two different rooms we were in, the room & bed were comfortable. Our appointments were close-by and the hotel made our use of time efficient. The front desk manager was fantastic in her attentiveness to our desires. The fitness room though small met our needs. Except for the insects it was a great place to stay.

Spacious and deluxe accommodations for a family of four. Would have liked more vending machines for kids' snacks. Property was convenient to the family function we were attending. Room was spacious. Linens were clean and unstained. Room and furniture were beautifully maintained. Dining facility offered many choices for adults and kids. Fantastic experience for the whole family.

The rooms and hallways were very attractive, beds extremely comfortable. Room service continental breakfast was very poor, stingy and overpriced. Highlight is the staff, everyone at reception was cheerful, helpful, and extremely accomodating. All requests made with the hotel were honored and rooms ready when we arrived.Location is very good, exterior is very attractive. The lobby area is nice, pool is very nice and clean. The interior spaces are very attractive and upscale, well maintained. The rooms are large, toiletries are by Bliss, and the bed is comfortable with beautiful luxury linens. Really nice hotel, best in the area.

No free coffee in the lobby. Wireless connection was not free of charge as in other hotels. The hotel is nice but we were disappointed that the hotel did not have coffee in the lobby ($200 for a small cup in the restaurant) and did not have free wireless connection like other hotels that we stayed at during our vacation.
