We travel to Toronto often. The Sheraton is the best! Walk directly to your hotel in terminal 3 - no waiting on shuttles. Check in is fast. Rooms are dependably clean and comfortable and surprisingly very quiet. Restaurants are expensive - a pint of beer costs $12 but nothing tops the convience! We only stay here for airport access. This is not a place to stay for a Toronto vacation.

The hotel had a boutique feel even though it is attached to an airport.

This is a nice hotel, well taken care of, friendly staff and incredibly convenient to the airport. I only stay here when I travel to Toronto...and I travel to Toronto a lot.

This property is inside the airport, is close to a water park and an hour & 20 min drive to Niagara Falls, airport parking expensive but there is a disc parking accross the st and a train shuttle directly to the hotel's door, quiet rooms no airplanes noise, will come back on my next visit, need to provide complimentary svcs like local phone & WI-FI internet access, other than that is a nice place to stay, excellent staff.

A great, friendly staff welomes your arrival. The resturant serves scruptious meals at dinner and brunch. Loved the 24 hour fitness center and gift shop purchases. The rooms are well appointed and clean.

Very comfortable bed. You had to pay $28 for parking! Great if you are traveling without a car!

Many hotels in airports look worn and seem to take service for granted. The Sheraton is an exception. Great service and nice accommodations.

The Sheraton Gateway Hotel Toronto Airport is the most convenient if you are traveling via Terminal 3 at Person International Airport. We arrived at 9:30 pm, just in time to get in a long line of travelers from Europe. Not to worry. Use the electronic check-in kiosks located in the lobby. Insert the credit card used to make your reservations and 30 seconds later your keys are ready and you are on to your room. The room was nice and the beds comfortable. Did have some issue with the wait staff in the restaurant. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge us so we stepped next door to Terminal 3 and got mediocre service from one of the restaurants located there. All in all, this is my kind of hotel. I was able to check in and check out without having to deal with a single person, just the way I like it.

When you are passing though TO you probably can not find a better hotel. A little pricey for overnighting but the convience of not leavig the airport waiting for a shuttle, is what makes this a great hotel

I liked the location - right at the airport. Very convenient. Signage needed at West Jet arrivals to tell you where the hotel is. Excellent quality rooms & room service, but expensive. Soundproof rooms so you don't hear the jets. I was able to get a late checkout.

Located in the airport terminal. Rooms were totally soundproof. Beds extremely comfortable. Furnishings elegant. Clean property, good staff, breakfast buffet excellent, bar fun. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

This Hotel is outstanding for travelers who require an overnite stay in Toronto. It is located in terminal 3 of the Airport yet it is quiet and quite welcoming. It makes you forget that innevitable rush from air travel. It silently states you are with us now, let go of schedules and itineraries. Let go off luggage and standing in lineall will be serene while you are with us...You are not a traveler while you are at the Sheraton, you are a welcomed guest! As a bonus I'll tell you that my 16 year old son who is always quite demanding loved this hotel. He has made me promise that on our next trip we'll stay there again.

Outstanding staff/customer service. Bathroom was outdated.

Excellent location easy to get to from airport. Disappionted with room - mini bar fridge wasn't stocked. After travelling on planes all day all I wanted was a beer in my room. No other snacks or other items stocked either. Over priced for what we got. Staff at check in were very professional and nice - would recommend for that alone.

Location. Poor service noisy at nite! The staff clearly does not provide same service for people with French accent then native English people! I had bad service as soon as I speak! And the hotel was very noisy through the night I could not sleep!

Nice hotel. Great service. No ability to open windows, so room gets a little stuffy. Be ready to pay for parking.

It was conveniently located near the airport. Rooms were very good. It was a short stay and I did not come across any negative. I believe I have stated my opinions.

Very nice clean rooms. Hotel location a bit tricky & staff service was a bit slow- not inconsiderate, just overworked.

Location, getting in and out very easy. Great staff. The restaurant for breakfast was very expensive and parking expensive due to being at airport.
Date of Stay:

Everything was great except transferring bags from the terminal which requires moving bags off and on a shuttle bus; but the staff said that they were working on improving the service to go directly fromt the terminal to the hotel
