The bed was rather comfortable, it was firm and warm, the staff was friendly, and thats where the great review ends. My boyfriend and I have stayed in quite a few hotels and this hotel was near the bottom. The parking was terrible. I paid $48 for my boyfriend and I to park for 3 days! The lot was small and stayed pretty full even with the horrible parking fee. For a hotel that was just renovated, so their site claims, I was not impressed. There were a few family reunions going on during our stay and it was rather loud outside the room and it kept us awake. There was no minifridge or microwave and a very tiny coffee maker. The tempature in our room was fixed and we had no control over it. We usually keep the rooms a little cool and were unable to do that. The wall in our room needed a repair due to the large scratch that was about 4ft long. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of soap and towels however the tub was chipped and the bathroom was tiny. The airport was right outside the window, but we only had 2 planes fly over in the 3 days we stayed so the noise from the airport was limited. Though there was a Ruby Tuesdays across the street there were no other resturants or even a gas station near by. I will never stay at this Sheraton again.

The room was ok could have had a microfrig and microwave. There was a nice flat panel tv. The worst part about this hotel is the parking you have to pay 8 dollars a night to park and its a little tacky. No free wifi when the hotel staff said they did.

Clean, friendly staff, good at equipment. Sports equipment in the gym was a bit rusty. The Sheraton at Atlanta airport is a really good hotel. I can recommend it to my friends and family.

This was an excellent hotel. We were in town for a concert at the HIFI Buys ampitheater. The staff was friendly and everything was nice and clean. The pool is half indoor and half outdoor, with a nice hot tub. Plus the pool is surrounded with a tall wall and pine tree's for privacy. Very quiet considering the airport runway is less than a mile away. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking.

Hotel location is great, especially because it is near the airport. The reception staff are very professional, concerned, and courteous. We have stayed in several hotels in the Atlanta Airport area and none could compare to this. All amenities are provided, ie: Cleaners, fitness center, 2 pools, bar, full breakfast buffet, and gift shop. The hotel is well maintained. The only problems we had were room staff forgot to put in wash clothes for 2 days and I think they should update their shower head to an adjustable one because everyone is not the same height! This has been our second stay at the hotel and both times have been great. We will stay here again!

The missing item would have been a refrigerator in the room along with a microwave. The beds were nice and spacious and the rooms were well-kept. I would recommend staying at this hotel again. The only complaint was that the parking was inadequate.

I made SEVERAL local calls to which there was no warning that I would be charged 1.50 per call. After explaining this to the hotel staff they took off the charges. Otherwise the hotel was nice, close to the GICC where I needed to be and the dining was good. The fitness facility and pool were nice.

I had a college graduation that I attended. The professionalism of the staff and hospitality was excellent. The Hotel itself is very beautiful! Whenever I am in the Atlanta area, this will always be my first choice because of the warm hospitality, the quietness and the convenience to the downtown Atlanta area. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your hotel.

The lobby is beautiful, and house cleaning was excellent. Had to pay for continental breakfast, no refrigerator or microwave. For the price and upscale of this hotel, there were fewer amenities that a motel across the street has. You had to pay $12 for the continental breakfast that is free at other hotels. There were no microwave or refrigerator in the room that cheaper hotels have. Also, they should have a fan in the bathroom. Plus, you had to pay $8 a day for parking.

Had an excellent stay. I only had one small problem. Not enough infomation about the parking. I received very good parking from the valet service the first night. The second night we return back to the hotel around 10:00 p.m. No valet on duty. I was charge for the valet parking but had to self park because the valet was not on duty on our return. The hotel did remove the charge and we were only charged for the self parking. Overall we had a very good stay.

Front Desk was friendly, helpful. Beautifully appointed facilities, lobby, dining area. We had a small dog with us, and no hassles from anyone. Parking convienient. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, just Fabulous! Acoustics from next door a slight problem but they were having a spirited debate. Overall: A++++, 10 Gold Stars for the facilities, staff, and our stay. Looking forward to staying here again if occasion arises!

I loved this hotel! The value was great for what I paid and really liked it. The food in the dining room was excellent; the pool was amazing (it was a combo indoor/outdoor with a divider you could swim under to access both); great shuttle service. I will stay again. The key reason for staying was because it was close to the ATL Airport. I wish I had allowed myself more time there. It was great.
