I really enjoyed the hotel and all it had to offer. The only down side was the housekeeping bothered me three times while I was trying to sleep. I should have put the do not disturb sign out but I forgot. I just got off a ten hour flight and wanted to sleep. Other than that everything was great, and the staff was friendly.

This was one of the few hotels in the Frankfurt that was deemed wheelchair accessible. My travel companion is a quadriplegic. While the hotel staff indicated there was only one wheelchair accessible room, the design of this room and restroom was very accommodating.

Location and friendly staff. Coffee bar outside restaurant. This was perfect for next day flight from Frankfurt airport. 3 minute walk to terminal.

The hotel is located at the Airport and hence is very convenient when getting into the flight in the morning. I only used this hotel for one night just before boarding the flight out of Frankfurt. The breakfast buffet is a ripoff at E30/-, avoid.

The claims that this is literally across the street from the airport are true! The best reason for using this hotel is if like me you are coming from many time zones away and want to break your journey. you'll get a nice clean very friendly hotel, but pay commensurate prices (~$210 a night inc. tax). Don't get the breakfast, which is 30 euros (39 for American breakfast which is with 2 eggs) but shop at the supermarket in the airport (Level 1 Hall C, Terminal 1). There you can buy grapefruit, yoghurt, pastries and even beer and wine.

Convenience to FRA airport Air conditioning does not work well, and room were too hot. Hotel staff was very friendly , and helpful during check-in and check-out.

Excellent location, Rooms large, comfortable, beds large, only complaint was breakfast - very expensive for a buffet. Ask for options, otherwise you are paying for the full buffet..

"The people at this hotel were very friendly, room was awesome (mutliple English channels to TV, wash cloths, to mention a couple of things) and was able to walk to the airport and train station. As I was doing a lot of train travel, and flying to US, this was great!"

Efficient. Very difficult to get to entrance by car. I wanted to drive to the hotel to drop off bags before returning our rental car. I did numerous laps of the airport and the hotel, but couldn't ever find out how to get to the front entrance of the hotel. Eventually, returned the car and pushed the bags on a cart. That was an ordeal! The elevator (lift) was about the size of a phone booth, and perpetually full by the time it got to the floor we were on. So, if travelling with large bags this hotel is inconvenient. Once we actually got to the hotel the staff and accommodation were very good.

The hotel's two restaurants provided us a good dinner and a good breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel and restaurant staff were fine.

Bathrobes, shoe buffer machine. Expensive internet access. Although very convenient to the Frankfurt Main Airport (FRA), this hotel was not up to American standards. The rooms are clean and the linens are plush, but the prices for the restaurants and internet access are exorbitant. From a European standpoint this may be a four star hotel, but from American standards it is a 3 star plus.

Twice now I've stayed at this hotel in order to be near the airport for an early morning flight to the U.S. It's within easy walking distance of the terminals so that there are no hassles with a bus connection. The Flavors restaurant features excellent cuisine and a superb wine list. Try a German red wine, a Sp?tburgunder (Pinot Noir).

This hotel was very clean and nice. It is located at the Frankfurt International Airport, so you can walk off your flight and into the hotel without waiting on a shuttle. There is also a subway station beneath the hotel with frequent trains to the downtown district. The rooms were large and bright.
