We came to Nashville to celebrate the 4th of July and couldn't have picked a better hotel when it comes to location! Just a short walk to everything downtown, we didn't have to drive anywhere except the Opry. We could even see the fireworks from our hotel window, since it was downpouring! The concierge service was very helpful and check-in/check-out was efficient, even on the holiday weekend. The hotel is upscale, worth the extra money for the beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, and extra amenities. The only downfall was paying $20/day to park.

Did not meet expectations. Booked a room with a king size bed and was bumped to a room with double beds. Housekeeping did not replenish supplies for in room coffee maker and only had one cup. Was a disappointing experience.

I choose hotels based on my needs and the children. One is the pool. It was shut down. Now I understand the maintance issues, but during the summer in a very hot climate. I called, read all the postings I could find and nowhere or no one mentioned this. Thiswas very upseting to a child who leaves to swim. Also the room had torn carpet and the bath tub had many chips in it and made it hard for a bath. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

It was easy to get there from the airport. It's right downtown where all the action is. You can walk to most anything. We were visiting friends who lived 1 mile north of downtown, and we could see their house from our room! We had a great view of the capitol from the 17th floor. The lobby is beautiful and the elevators are fun. The bartender at the bar was really cool, very entertaining and friendly. There are giant TV's in the rooms. The hotel parking costs extra but we managed to park on the street because it was free on Sundays and Holidays. The desserts are really yummy. There's a ton of homeless people in this neighborhood but it's basically quiet and safe.

Excellent hotel in quiet downtown area. Easy walk to all attractions including LP field which was the reason for our visit; a Titan/Packer football game. Staff at Sheraton Nashville was excellent, great food, very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sheraton Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and would most definetely stay there again. The location was convenient to the downtown Nashville nightlife and the concert that we attended at the Ryman auditorium.

We stayed at the Sheraton Downtown for 4 nights and were very pleased. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. It is conviently located within walking distance to the Honky Tonk area. The sidewalks are very steep. It is also right across from The Ryman Audutorium, the State Capital, the State Musuem, etc. There are alot of homeless around the hotel but they don't bother anyone. There are alot of benches so they just enjoy being on them. The Concierce was, also, great with printing up our boarding passes, getting us great seats to the Grand Ole Opry, etc. Their food was, also, very good. I would definitely stay there again.

The toilet was very noisy for a long period of time. Often made sleeping difficult if someone needed to get up during the night.

Please know that you will have to walk by multiple homeless people to get to the downtown attractions. My sister and I did not feel safe in the day, much less at night, trying to walk to and from the hotel to get to the fan fair events. This would probably not be a problem if you had a large group.

Locate in the middle of downtown. Fantastic lobby. Clean well appointed rooms. Within walking distance of Capitol Building,Printers Alley, Music Row,Dining and other attractions.

I've stayed at several of the big name chain hotels across the country including a Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt and Hilton to name a few but this was by far one of the most enjoyable places to stay. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room service was fantastic, and the bed was clean and comfortable! If I had to criticize any one thing it would be that having the sink and mirror in the bathroom instead of just outside the door made it a bit awkward to share the facilities. It was very convenient to TPAC as well. I couldn't have done better for the price and proximity!

i had a very enjoyable stay. close to my meeting location among other things such as entertainment,dining and much,much more will definitely stay here again. i would reccomend it to anyone!!! try and get a room facing the capitol on the 15th through the top floor. you wont regret it!!!

Nice, clean rooms. No micro-fridge & $22 per night for self-parking is ridiculous. Good location if you need to be downtown. Self-parking much to expensive even for downtown.
