Me and my boyfriend came for a weekend getaway. Unfortunatly our original room had a little bit of a mesquito problem but the hotel staff was very accomidating and found us a new (and upgraded!) room right away. Our new room was beautiful, spotless and mesquito free. The staff was very friendly and the pool was SOOO much fun! Definalty recomend this for couples or familys. We had a great time!

We have stayed here for years and this trip, our unit was "tired". Ripped carpet, damaged mouldings, worn shower handles from years of use and I would recommend the unit be checked for mold. I was constantly sneezing when in the unit. The staff has always been very nice, expecially the gardening folks and pool staff. The signs by the landscaping are interesting and the trees and shrubs are well kept. The Villa set up is great for us and we love the exercise room.

Close to to where we needed to be, relaxing and comfortable...a home away from home! Enjoyable pool area....would definitely stay here again if Iin the Phoenix area.

The experience was wonderful. If there was any problem with the room, they were there almost immediatley to fix it. The only problem we had was that we did not receive a welcome packet until 2 days into the trip therefore, did not have a map etc. right away. Otherwise, I was impressed with the pool, how clean the hotel was and also I loved the location.

The resort itself was very nice - but BEWARE - we booked this in part because of the "condo like" amenities. Unfortunately the washer and dryer portion of the room was important to us and although the washer works - it's an all in one washer/dryer. After it washes your clothes - it "tries" to steam dry your items. None of our clothes every dried - we need to take them to a laundromat to finish the process.

It was more than I expected for what I paid, considering it was Super Bowl weekend here. Bathroom had no counter space to put toiletries. Person at the front desk was awesome. I needed another key to get into our room as my significant other was still at the FBR Tourney. Front desk staff wouldn't give one to me cause my last name was different. Person at the Hospitality Desk vouched for me. Plus, he went out of his way to find us the best restaurant for dinner with a million extra people in town (Super Bowl & FBR). He even tried the Westin where Patriots were at. Couldn't get in there, but we got an equally fine restaurant (Mastro's). Oh, as this is a vacation resort, don't believe them when they tell you the tour is only an hour and a half. And it felt high pressure to us, despite what they say. Everything else was great though.

The villas in this hotel are great - very large and spacious, separate bedroom and living room. The cleaning staff didn't arrive until about 3pm each day, which was a little annoying. But the service at check-in and check-out was great. Concierge person must have been brand new - he didn't know how to really sell us on places to go when we asked for ideas in the Scottsdale area - he just gave us a generic sheet, which had a list of all locations and destinations (but no detail). The pool is beautiful - palm trees everywhere, and nice little grille pool-side that serves awesome mango smoothies. Great hot tub that's in a little cove, near the pool. Room had a kitchen, coffee maker, plates, etc, and large fridge, so great for entertaining.

We stayed over a holiday weekend when it was clear many families had come to enjoy the wonderful pool. Unfortunately it was a little too crowded but the smaller pool helped to provide an escape. The one bedroom suite was great in that it provided a kitchen and living room area and nice balcony. Very nicely decorated and pleasant although when the couch hideabed was open there wasn't enough space to walk around the end of it.

Very friendly staff, convenient location, the corner 3rd floor room we were able to get had nice view. Because of room layouts did not get as much natural light as I would have liked. Staff was excellent. The entrance and lobby was very inviting. The grounds were well kept. Location is safe and offered ability to walk/run outside as well as use fitness room if someone wanted (we chose to use the outside). Hotel met our expectations well.

they said that all the rooms have this like range tops they didn't. the king sized room is the best. whirl pool with waterfalls and lights the kitchen is so much bigger then the queen size

very nice pool and staff at hotel. Rooms have no space for clothes, ie bureau to put clothes and personal items. closets are too small so luggage winds up on the floor and holding clothes. Bath was large but bedroom small.Staff recognizes this is a problem and send over plastic storage boxes when we mentioned our problem. We had one bedroom on 1st floor and it was dark, little natural light and I noticed many others had the same, and small patios often look out on parking lot or a fence.2nd story room look like they had more light.

The hotel is remotely located, no city traffic or noise. The staff is really friendly and willing to help. The hotel room was large with a nice balcony, beautiful view and awesome jacuzzi tub with 2 shower heads and separate controls. My fiance and I could shower togethor and set our individual water temps. We had always wondered why more showers are not built that way. Kudos to the Sheraton.

"Loved the place. They took the shell from a bland hotel and revamped it into a hip modern hot spot. Decor is cool. Staff is really caring. They helped me find all the best entertainment and dining. Really close to all the nightlife, restaurants and galleries. Next to a huge greenbelt where I played my first frisbee golf. I had a blast. "

We flew into Scottsdale for the BCS Championship game and were welcomed by the excellent accomodations. The Desert Oasis is a true champion... just like the Gators!!

"This was our second stay at a sheraton time share hotel and we were not disappointed. Location is ideal to all attractions, easy access to highways. Resort is clean, well maintained and big. Rooms are clean and well appointed. We liked it so much we are returning this year. It was our first trip to Arizona but will not be our last."
