Went to the Denver Zoo, Coors brewing tour and a short drive into the mountains. All within 20 min. to an hour away. Great time great hotel great rates.

Had a great stay. I had only planed on staying for one night at a great rate. They rooms, the bed and the staff were all so good that when I ended up getting snowed in for the night I made sure to go back. The rate was a little higher but it was well woth it.

I would like to start by saying that we stayed at this Sheraton two years ago and loved it. Considering this, I might consider giving it another try... We arrived at the hotel late, around 10 p.m. After checking in, we asked for help with our luggage. After waiting about 10 minutes outside, we went in to get a cart on our own. The hotel only has two carts to transport luggage to and from rooms. When we got settled into our room, and I walked into the bathroom, it was filled with handicap equipment. When I called the front desk to ask for the equpiment to be removed, they asked if I could just move it. The bathrooms are not large and the equipment is. I found this an inappropriate response. If a patron calls and asked for something to be removed from their room I do not feel it is negotiable. The room was not as clean as it was during our last stay at the hotel.

I stayed in a lot of hotels and this is by far the best I have stayed in in the Last 3 years. I will stay at this Hotel everytime I go to Denver. The desk help went out of their way to help with any question we had. The Dining area and food was great and the staff was over friendly. And the cleaning staff did a great job in keeping the room clean. Yes I will tell all my friends about this hotel.

This hotel was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the shower that was obviously designed to accommodate taller people like us. We would definitely stay at Sheraton Denver West again.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and loved it! The staff was courteous, helpful and very professional. The room was spacious, comfortable and inviting. We snuck out for lunch for an hour our second day and when we came back, they'd cleaned and made the bed and stuck in fresh towels for us without us notifying anyone we were leaving! And not one housekeeper knocked on our door asking if they could come clean in the morning! Definate Bonus!! I highly recommend staying here if you'd like some pampering without the bill to go with it!!

The room was okay, but the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The view from our room was a vacant lot next door. The view is not as it claims to be in the description. The traffic in the area of the hotel is really congested also. If your looking for free internet access and a nice breakfast in the mornng you will need to go to another hotel. These ammenities are available at other hotels as standard but at the Sheraton you must pay a premium just for the internet access and premium tv channels. Forget about the free breakfast. I was disappointed with the hotel.

We were traveling for pleasure in the Denver area and thoroughly enjoyed the Sheraton in Lakewood. It was easily accessible for Denver and the area attractions. The beds were SO comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Has a lovely indoor pool and a state of the art fitness center.

Comfortable rooms and the beds were great. We could not use the grill or bar on Saturday night because they had filled the grill with a party. Hotel was attractive and comfortable. Pool was extremely shallow and hot tub was warm but the jets did not work. First night there was a fire on the 2nd floor and we were evacuated out of the building. No apologies for inconvenience were given. Overall a nice hotel and friendly staff just seemed liked some poor choices in policies.

The room was very nice looking and comfortable, with big windows and a great view. Everything was great. This hotel was such a great surprise. My mom and I really did not know what to expect, but from the moment of check-in to the next day when we left for the final time the staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and nice looking. Really, the word that describes this hotel the best is cool, but it doesn't feel stuffy in any way.

Great room. No free breakfast! Overall the accommodations and the staff was great. I can stay at the most basic motels and still wake up and get coffee and a bagel for free there. The bed and room were nice.
