Hotel was the out-of-towners hotel for a nearby wedding. Although it didn't overwhelm us with any particular trait, we didn't have a single complaint at the end of our stay. If you can get a reasonable rate, it's definitely worth it.

Decor was beautiful and people helpful. Priceline room was exceedingly small & located above driveway. The hotel was upscale and decorated beautifully. It appears that we got the smallest room & poorest location in the hotel. Parking was $30 a day!

A lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby and great bar! It was quite central, one block closer to the beach would have been easier on the legs though! Would highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service at the front desk and concierge as well as the clean, well appointed rooms.

When we chose hotels for our LA trip, we made sure that they had free parking. When we arrived at the Sheraton Delfina, they had free parking all right...8 spaces for the hundreds of guests in the hotel. The rest was valet parking at $28 a night. They also listed that they had free wi-fi service. It turned out that the only way to get the free wi-fi was to bring your laptop to the lobby. It cost $11 a day to use wi-fi in the room, and $6.95 to use a computer in the business center. This was a nice hotel, but they charged for things we got free at every other (cheaper) hotel on the trip.

The staff here are the only reason I'd ever stay here again. I've had larger rooms and larger bath towels at a Motel 6. The room was clean but certainly the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. The pool is small but nice with very nice recliners with cushions instead of the usual plastic 40 thing. The bar was nice and well stocked but the ocean view from the room is a joke. If you want something that you'll have an ocean view from, this isn't the hotel for you.

My fiance & I were married on the 23rd, checked in on the same day. Wow, if you want a comfortable, inviting comtemporary decor, excellent staff service, then this the place for any type of occasion. We were so pleased by everything, especially the food. You only have one time to make a memory special & this place was wonderful to spend our honeymoon. We plan on going back!!

Lobby and rooms are very nice (quality of furniture and decoration). Not enough space for clothes.

My girlfriends and I stayed here on our visit for a friend's birthday party. We found ourselves in a fantastic part of Santa Monica without having to deal with too much traffic or noise. The rooms fit the three of us nicely, the staff were extra gracious, and the "outdoor" lobby space was the most memorable.

Hotel is beside a High School and is very very noisy band practice everyday at 4 pm buses arriving at 7 am. Very bad location, the hotel is not up to par for a Sheraton, 10 min walk to beach from the pics I thought it was a lot closer. Staff were very nice only plus of the trip.

I stayed at The Sheraton Delfina in April of this year and I can't complain about anything. Location was great, I had a beach veiw room with balcony. The bed was big and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the moment I pulled up at the front of the hotel, I knew it was going to be a great stay.

The rooms are beautiful, lounge and restaurant are elegant and the staff genuinely cares about guests.

It was a nice hotel in a fairly decent location as long as you were planning to travel everywhere by car. For that reason it was very annoying that there were only 11 self serve parking spots, but unlimited availability for $28 per day valet parking! Note: This survey requires you to complete all sections so I indicated a "3" for dining services without having used any.

Lobby. Fees for valet parking, self parking was extremely poor, loudness of main street, and fees for using business center PC.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here numerous times for business trips. The beds are amazing. There is a great little pool, and a gym.Room service was great. The service here is exceptional. Every member of staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Short taxi ride into Santa Monica. The rooms at the back overlook the pool and are quieter than the ones facing Pico Blvd.Would reccommend.

The Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica is a great hotel with exceptional service. The only draw back was the lack of a jacuzzi or hot tub for the pool area.

Spacious; great, helpful staff who went out of their way.

This hotel is situated minutes from lovely beach and Santa Monica Pier. Rooms are lovely, beds a dream. Spotless en suite. Restaurant is varied, plentiful and the staff are excellent. Nice pool area and the hotel is in an excellent location for using buses or walking. Taxis always on stand by. Reception staff friendly, helpful and warm towards guests. Cosy bar area. Would recommend this hotel highly.

While the staff is great, the lobby is beautiful, and the ambience of the exterior veranda is very California, the room itself could use an interior decorator, The armoire that holds the television has doors that block access to the bathroom and door when open. I feel there could be a slight change in room 250 where I stayed to make a guest feel like a guest and not a gymnist.

They only have 10 spaces for self park. If you are not in that first 10 then you have a $30/day valet charge. Total bait and switch on the parking. I felt that there is a $30/day surcharge added. I don't mind paying for parking. But the going rate in Santa Monica is more like $10-15/day.
