Stayed here for the first time with the family and truly enjoyed the whole experience! The staff really go out their way to help you, there are plenty members of the concierge team to direct you in your enquiries. The housekeeping staff are excellent and the room service was really good and well priced. The rooftop pool was a bonus with, what i thought, the passing of planes as extra entertainment. surely was a unique experience. Will definitely recommending this hotel to friends and family and making a booking for ourselves to come here again. It was our first time to Dubai and surely wont be the last to this hotel, well done, keep up the good work!!

It was a great 4 star hotel. I couldn't find anything bad about this hotel. It was great four star hotels with great location and friendly environment.

I booked in Deira because I thought it would be close to the Gold Souk but this hotel has nothing in walking distance around it. The hotel whilst comfortable dont think you will get much sleep; we were in the club rooms on the 3rd floor and on the top floor (5th) they had a band playing until 3am so would not stay again.

The restaurant food caused me food poisoning. Mentioning it to the receptionist, she didn't make the slightest gesture of concern.

Close to Airport, Staff very friendly & Professional, better for Business Traveler. For fun, location stinks. My bathroom was not clean, however the staff did respond quickly and professionally. Better for business traveler,. close to airport and staff is VERY PROFESSIONAL. Overall location stinks, must taxi if you want to do anything. The staff and service was 5 Star, however the physical plant was 3 star at best. The property seems a little worn, my bathroom had mildew stains and other stains on tile floor that made it look dirty. Good food, Professional staff, Poor location, needs face lift. Great for business, not so good for romance or family.

Less hectic than other hotels I have stayed at in Dubai. The room was very small. This hotel is more in the 3/4 star category. It is a small hotel by Dubai's standards so lacks many of the amenities the larger ones do. Pleasant enough but the room was small.
