It was convenient and the staff is friendly. The room smelled of lingering staleness, and the bathroom had odor. When I travel, all I care about is cleanliness.

Great Internet cafe downstairs. Amazing! Hotel is great for the in and out traveler. The hotel is very nice although their is room for improvement when it comes to rooms. The sinks in both rooms we were in seem to be backing up. The room I was in still smelled of smoke. However the staff was great and did whatever they could to make us feel comfortable.

Our stay at Sheraton Crescent Hotel was a good experience. The front desk was very accomodating, friendly, and personable. The complimentary hotel shuttle service was very accommodating and took us where we needed to go in a timely matter. I was traveling with my two teenage sons and they enjoyed the large pool, basketball court, racquet ball and tennis courts. The hotel grounds were secured with high fences and locked gates everywhere. As a single parent I felt comfortable letting my boys go off on their own around the hotel. It is located in a busy area, but the design of the hotel made you feel like you were in a resort. All my room service request were met quickly and politely. The facility was clean with comfortable beds. Some of the room furnishings needed to be updated, they were noticeably worn. The airconditioning unit ran continuesly, which was noticeable when trying to sleep. I would return to this hotel in the future.

When I asked my family to discribe this hotel the only response I got was "Awesome!" I must agree. The beds were soooo comfortable, the rooms were large and imaculately clean. They show free pool side movies every night. The only problem we had was that the Monsoon Mountain water slide was closed two of the three times we tried to go. The sign at the slide entrance says to call the front desk if you want to use the slide, but we were told that once it is shut down for the day you have to come back the next morning. However, the slide was well worth the wait! I will definitly go back to this beautiful hotel.

Great water slide, quiet room, nice bar/lounge. No mini bar, shabby room, room service not avail all hours. The hotel's lobby is pristine and luxurious. But my room was not. The curtains were shabby, and the room was generally run-down. I loved the water slide, pool and Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall I was satisfied.

We loved this place. The rooms were great and the flat screen TV was amazing! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean. The pool area and slide were fantastic. Our kids had so much fun! We will stay here again

Nice place to stay. At registration, employee told us to come back in 20 min because our room wasn't ready. It was 8:30 at night? We enjoyed our stay very much despite the unhelpful employee. We ended up getting a much nicer room because they were full. That employee probably didn't know what to do in that case. It is a very nice hotel.

We received a free upgrade to a fabulous room because all the other rooms were full. One employee should not work there. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quite nice and we would go back again.

The rooms were nice, we loved the plasma TV's. Bathrooms were a little dated - pink tile not attarctive. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. There was ample free parking in the parking structure. The lobby and common areas of the hotel were very impressive. There is a large sitting area in the lobby, as well as a business center with computers. There is also a lovely large fountain. The pool and Jacuzzi area was nice. The elevators are a little scary - the doors wouldn't close sometimes and the door opens before it gets to the floor. The rooms were nice. Beds were too firm for our taste, and the pillows were too fluffy. The room had a nice sitting area with couch and coffee table. There was even a balcony. Air conditioner worked very well. They charge for Wi-Fi, which we did not appreciate in a nicer hotel.

Did everything to make sure I was comfortable and assisted pleasantly when I required help. It was beautiful, quiet, and friendly. All the employees made sure I was comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again.

Great beds. Spacious room. Loved the computer/internet stations. It was further outside the city then we had hoped. Beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff, great jacuzzi. Our room was plenty large enough for three adults. It was nice having tea and coffee in the room. Beautiful fountains and gardens although the exterior looks ready for a fresh coat of paint. Free parking is always a plus!

The grounds were fabulous! It was so elegant (there was a wedding outside there) but comfortable too. There was no access to the hotel from the parking garage.

Beds were very nice, good size room. Very pricey restaurant and bar. Rooms are good size with very good beds, but furniture is old and warn. There was no seating on the small balcony and it was covered with bird droppings. The restaurant and bar are very pricey. Good place for business travelers on expense account but leisure travelers could use more ammenities such as free breakfast.

Nothing. Had an ugly view of the roof. Room had an ugly view of a roof. There is not a refrigerator, microwave or a complimentary breakfast. Beds aren't even that good. Not accommodating.
