Excellent service - second to none we have had. Stayed top floor overlooking Dubai Creek - a cool oasis in a very hot Dubai. Very comfortabe bedding. We were there during Ramadam and the Hotel made every effort to make the situation easier. Buffet breakfast was excellent with wonderful service. Pool area great - with cold washers and spray bottles supplied by staff. Could not fault the accommodation or service it in any way.

well presented hotel with excellent friendly staff - close to airport and central dubai - Dubai Creek adjacent and fullof interest - traffic a nightmare but this applies to all Dubai. Hotel's Indian restaurant one of the best we have experienced. However do not use laundry service on Fridays - prices double due to religious position.

For a 5 star hotel in Dubai next to the creek, this hotel is really worth staying. The lobby looked really poshy and our room was just facing the beautiful Dubai Creek. The room was huge and bed was extremely comfortable. A free English newspaper was delivered every morning. Breakfast was a bit expensive but it was awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. However no free internet access and the hotel charges a really high price for getting access to the internet. Beware of the hotel door man ordering premiun taxi for you which is more expensive than the normal ones.

Book two non-smoking rooms, one room was made available @ 10:30am and the second was only available after 16:00pm. Was given a smoking room which had a terrible odour. Hotel food is extremely expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton very much. It has spectacular open lounge areas. The room in the tower with views to the creek was great. Staff was most helpful and managed to get a room ready for weary travelers before check-in time. Breakfast and dinner were most enjoyable in the pleasant surroundings of the restaurant overlooking the creek.

Hotel was magnificent. Sometimes if we asked for a special item from room service such as a kettle to warm a baby's milk or a newspaper it was a long time coming. However staff were very friendly and helpful nevertheless.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. All staff were eager to make our stay enjoyable- which it was. The Vivaldi restaurant was excellent, with great creek views. The hotel has all the 5 star facilities one would expect from a Sheraton Hotel. Location is excellent, right on the creek, amid all the action. Hope we can use this hotel again, as one could not find better.

Very comfortable hotel with good restaurants and excellent amenities. Be wary of bellboys/concierge recommending overpriced limousines instead of normal taxis. The unmarked (but metered) cars the hotel will call when you need a cab cost more than official taxis, which can be hailed on the street if hotel staff won't co-operate. While the flagfall is the same, the per km charge is much higher - and the extra cost is noticable if you're heading somewhere like Mall of the Emirates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We upgraded to Tower level for approx 45 which proved excellent value as breakfast, airport pick up and drop off and refreshments in the Tower lounge were all included. Wonderful comfortable bed and pillows a great plus for us. Definately recommend.

The great thing about this hotel is its location. I think that it is the only one right on the Creek. The other nearby hotels have a busy road in between.

Individually switched bed reading lamps would be great (my experience is that not many hotels provide them). I thought that when booking online that it was for B&B, but on arrival it was Bed only - perhaps this was my fault or maybe the online bookng service needs to be clearer. Some complimentary tea & coffee facilities in the room would be useful. Overall - a great hotel & I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The stay was excellent even though I did not have time to use all facilities. The restaurant has fantastic view of the Creek. The Spa locker rooms were under renovation and the cleanliness thus very bad. Hopefully this will not occur upon completion.

Apart from having to pay an early checkin fee, I was upgraded to an executive room which was large and comfortable. They had good service, nice restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere. A good hotel to experience Dubai from.

Pool was a little disappointing (quite small triangular, and enclosed by a high wall so rather hot surrounds). Otherwise, an excellent place to stay, especially as Tower level included the lounge (though a second PC would've been welcome).
