We really liked the location. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive.

Athletic facilities and pool. No wireless Internet in rooms; high speed DSL access expensive. The room was very dated and the beds were uncomfortable. The athletic facilities, on the other hand, were very good.

Location is fantastic and we had a great view from our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very nice! The staff was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the service. I will certainly return to this location when I am in the city!

The Sheraton Centre of Toronto is ideally located in the center of town, close to shopping, theatre, baseball, The Art Gallery of Ontario. It is a streetcar away from The Beaches. (The ride alone is worth it.) I enjoyed the Blue Jays Game one day, the Art Gallery of Ontario another day, and a visit to The Beaches for a delicious brunch on Sunday. I cannot think of anything I would change about my stay at The Sheraton Centre. I will definitely use Orbitz to organize my next trip to Toronto and The Sheraton Centre.

Restaurants and wireless overpriced.

The hotel is currently under renovations and elevators are not available on the first floor. You have to trek up the escalator with your bags to catch the second floor elevator. Gym priviliges are not included in the base price. If you want to work out, be prepared to pay extra. The room was nice and hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Lots of dinning options, plenty of shopping easy to navigate the city from hotel location. Many activities within walking distance.

Bed, bath, and location. Ordered room service both nights, late picking up trays and fish was undercooked.

We arrived on a very busy day. We waited at the curb for a few minutes but nobody approached us or helped us at all. We moved the luggage into the lobby ourselves. No valet parking people came either, but it turned out okay to us because you can park across the street (city hall underground parking garage) yourself for $ per day, vs $ valet parking in the hotel. Hotel is connected to underground shopping plazas, underground parking garage, Bay dept store, Eaton Centre, so it is very convenient. (We walked to CN tower without surfacing at all) Fire alarm went off on our last night and it was annoying. Swimming pool is free but not the gym. The lobby is huge and kids can play chess there. Food and other service is very pricey. Free WiFi in the lobby only. Nice and quiet AC. Rooms are clean. Staff are polite. You can't beat Sheraton's pillows and matresses.

Great hotel! Great location! Everything walkable! Yorkville, ROM, Eaton Center, Chinatown, Lakefront, John street to entertainment district, Movie theaters and live theaters! Only transportation needed going to Casa Loma. Only negative is free computers in lobby but at times they were dominated by little kids being brought down by parents and allowed to play games on the machines. They should be restricted to adults who need to do business there.

This hotel was centrally located to Theatre, restaurants and the Entertainment district. I highly recommend this hotel. Its location to theatre and shopping are great. The parking location is easily accessible when entering Toronto, with underground access to the hotel. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is great as well.

It was jmy first time staying at the Sheraton Centre Toronto hotel.. Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, restaruants, all connected to the PATH, EATON CENTRE. CN TOWER IS WALIKNG DISTANCE. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, so it is close to everything. I had asked for a room AWAY from the elevators and on an upper floor . I got an excellent view of Downtown Toronto from my hotel room. There were some great reasonably priced restaurants that were walking distance from the hotel. Overall it is an excellent hotel and would recommend to friends and stay again.

Easy access to toronto attractions. Helpful staff. I was in the older tower and elevator service was slow

I loved the architecture of the main hall. I find too tight the entrance lot with the valets. The hotel's room does not feel like a 4 star especially with no extras like breakfast or even a water bottle for free. It is certainly comfortable, worth the price I paid, but actual room prices are 3 times more, and I'd feel ripped off if I paid that much per night for what I got. I also cannot believe the expensive parking of 40$ per night.

Front desk was friendly. Did not request any room service or visit the pool. It was below my window so I had a good view of it from the 17th floor. Overall this was an excellent hotel deserving of the 4 star rating. When returning to Toronto will definately stay here.

This hotel offers centrality, convenience, access to city venues, and great service. Also close to terrific restaurants, and mass transportation.

It was stylish, new and nice. Just overall a very good hotel and a pleasant stay. They charge for local calls, which I did not realize and thought was absurd. The hotel has an amazing location, regardless of what the purpose of the stay is. It was also very stylish, modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was excellent, the rooms clean, and the underground shopping provided most everything you wanted. The only thing to be aware of is you will pay for everything. Food is more expensive in Toronto than other places. Also, they charge $/day to access their Internet. This on top of paying over $/night to stay there. It seems like they are gouging you a bit there. All in all it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.
