Great pool with slides, kiddy's pool & hot tubs. Beautiful room and great service. This was a perfect hotel for a family with young children, if you're looking for a good pool. The swimming pool was fantastic with two slides, two hot tubs, a wading pool for the kiddies and a swimming pool with shallow and deep ends! Beautiful modern rooms, great service from hotel staff, free parking, although no free breakfast.

I used the hotel for the first time primarily for a conference (two medium sized rooms), but also had four guest rooms booked. Front Desk staff were quick and attentive when checking in. The Conference staff were quick, comprehensive, and full-service from the time of booking through to the end of our meetings. They even greeted me when I arrived on site to ensure everything went well! Hotel rooms (standard and on their executive floor) were lovely, flat-screen TVs, very comfortable beds, and large desks. Fitness facility was well-appointed with individual TV's on nearly every elliptical and treadmill, and included a weight-lifting machine and free weights. The mini convenience store was handy, open early and late, and had Starbucks coffee. I wasn't impressed with my meal at the restaurant, but I may have chosen poorly. Service was good.

The indoor water park (with great waterslides) is amazing - for kids and their parents! With hordes of kids running around (in hallways, etc), it wasn't quiet or restful. If you are a family with young children who like water, this is a great hotel for you. Two water slides, two hot tubs, a kiddy pool and a regular pool are open from 9 am to 10 pm, and are wonderful. However, because this hotel attracts many families (and children's sports teams), it has the downside of kids playing hockey in the halls and running squealing everywhere. So it is not particularly quiet or restful. They also allow pets here, so depending on whether you are a pet owner, that could be an upside or a downside. (There was a small dog in the room next to us, barking occasionally, which was less than ideal for us.) Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and (mostly) helpful. We would go back.

Why Sheraton continues to have its name on this tired old property is beyond me. The hotel was ok but this place is not worth the money. We stayed on floor 7, the beds are nice but they have seen their days. The decor is dated and not very up to date, the bathroom as well was very dated. You would be better off staying at one of the discount hotels in the area as they are much more modern. The heating/air conditioning unit was very loud, and did not seem to do much of anything. As the hotel is close to a major truck stop you would think that they would have more air tight windows, however this is just another sign of a tired old hotel the noise flows right through the old windows, Overall would not stay there again also they do not provide a breakfast here either many hotels in the area do this at a lower cost. This hotel should not be in the Sheraton Chain.

"To know about this hotel: the sinks over flow with sewage, the staff are typically rude, the restaurant is over priced- $14 for yogurt and fruit, the pool reeks of urine, hotel location, not with in walking distance of anything but restaurants, oh and the sink overflowed with sewage rust water!!!!"

"This was a great hotel located in the North end of the city close to the airport. They have lots of activities to keep kids busy, and great restaurants of which I highly recommend dining at Carvers. Excellent stay."
