I stayed here for business and while the price was good the location would be a better fit for families visiting Sesame Place. The rooms looked a bit tired but the beds were great.

Letting the senior hold water aerobics in the pool made it cramped for space. AWESOME!

Stayed in the hotel to attend a wedding and we had a great time. The rooms were large, very clean and well decorated, with a huge flat screen TV. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I had the best night's sleep I have had in a very long time. Everyone I came in contact with was so very nice, I felt like I was a honored guest in a family members home. They have a real cool computer center right next to the lobby so I had no problem checking my e-mail when I was away from my home, and it did not cost me anything to use the equipment. The pool and fitness center is first class. It was a great place to escape for a weekend.

Room was large. The room was large and excellent proximity to Sesame Place.

We reserved a suite to fit a family of four. They gave us a room with just a king bed. When we mentioned during the check in process that we needed a pull out sofa and a crib, they changed our room to a suite. The pull out sofa still had an unmade bed (dirty sheets) from previous guests. We slept on the king bed as it was since it took forever to get new sheets for the sofa and we didn?t think that there was a problem with the king bed until we slept on it later. But the next day, we pulled the sheets off the bed to make sure we will get clean sheets. They made the bed with missing covers to the pillows and a missing sheet to cover ourselves. Unfortunately, the dirt didn?t end then; there was some leftover food in the refrigerator, a sock and papers on the floor from previous guests. Dirt that we made during our first day wasn?t cleaned on the second day, so definitely it shows that housekeeping does a terrible job. The hotel?s location is great if you are going to Sesame Place, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish that the housekeeping staff has the same high standards as the rest of the staff in the hotel.

Clean, nice accommodations. Some unfriendly front desk personnel. Overall a great experience.

I don?t know who makes their beds but this was the best night?s sleep I had in a long time! If I could I would love to buy one for my home. Everyone at the hotel was so nice, they really made me and my girl friend feel like we were welcome. They have a great pool area and the water is kept nice and warm, we had a fantastic time!!!

This hotel has the best health club I have seen in many months of travel. They have a half a dozen treadmills. several elliptical trainers and a full set of strength machines (not to mention free wieghts) ! I loved it because my work out routine did not have to get interupted. I also was happy that they are now a smoke free hotel. It was so nice to check inot a room that smell fresh and not like an ashtray. The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. I will definitely be back next time I am back in the area.

"This hotel is right across the street from Sesame Place so it's good if you're going there. Otherwise, I would choose another location whose rate is not jacked up assuming everyone is going to Sesame Place, even if you are going to your granddaughter's graduation in the area. Because we booked on line, the hotel apparently did not get our request for a non-smoking room because that is what we were given. Bellhop was very helpful and went back to the front desk to get us assigned to a non-smoking room."

It was quiet. Old and dingy. Everything in the room was beige. The TV was big and the bed was good but the rest of room was depressing. Maybe the floor was clean I don't know, but it looked like the rug was dirty. It smelled like at one time someone was smoking.

Front desk staff was excellent. Rear door at parking was locked at 11:00 pm when we arrived, had to walk the entire way around the hotel to use the front door.

Excellent location across from a mall. This hotel always provides excellent, friendly service. It is part of an international chain but does not feel overcrowed. The service at the front desk is friendly and efficient. They check any incidental charges with you before checking you out and try their best to accommodate special request.

Clean, well kept and decorated. The mattress was horrible. The overall ambiance is good but the room was nothing special. The coverlet had stains on it and the mattress left much to be desired. After two sleepless nights we were happy to get home to our own bed.

Staffwas helpful and attentive. Room had not been turned over at the time of our arrival. Bucks County Sheraton provided us with a comfortable stay. At the time of our arrival, our room had not been turned over from the previous guest. However, when we brought the problem to the attention of the desk staff they took care of it right away. The hotel was in general clean and attractive, with nice exercise and swimming facilities. The University Grille gave us a wonderful, quiet meal. We'd stay here again without question, or recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
