Expected more from a Sheraton Hotel. Not as luxurious, had to ask for a minifridge. Room not cleaned on one of the days. Told staff and they said they would make a note - no follow-up with me or any further apologies or recompense. Bathroom sink a bit dirty and shabby.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was very clean and safe for our 2 children with lifeguards on duty. The restaurant was the only downside. A very basic meal for 2 adults and 2 children was close to $*. Service was very poor both for dinner and breakfast. There are no restaurants close by so eating in the hotel is the only option. We would stay here again, but would seek out an alternative for food.

Have stayed here twice in the past few months, both times very satisffied with my stay, especially for the price.Very nice design and decor, seems like a country manor house. The staff was very accomodating

The room. The hotel lobby/reception/bar/restaurant. Appears to be recently renovated, but the lobby/reception/bar/restaurant area make it seem like an upscale discount hotel.

Rooms has a wide and convenient work area great for business. Workout room was good, but not great. No weight machines just free weights. New and upscale, this hotel has great public areas and comfortable rooms. Mounted HD flat screens and a great work area for business travelers accentuate each room. Food was priced more reasonable than many other hotels. Also included free parking and flexible shuttle which will take guests to local sites.

Hotel staff is great, friendly, makes you feel appreciated. Not reliable with newspaper delivery every morning. Breakfast is expensive - $14. Great space for working. Rooms a spacious and comfortable. Have stayed here at least 5 times and the rooms are always clean. Hotel staff makes you feel appreciated

Great staff, clean well appointed rooms. Coffee/tee condiment packs arecheap - supply more. Great staff. Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are modern and showers are generously large with sliding glass doors. Restaurant staff is great - especially Gloria - bartender. Newly expanded menu provides more options and many are fairly inexpensive. Drink however are high priced in comparison.

I left my laptop in the lobby - Carmen safely stowed it until I could return. The breakfast buffet was limited and I opted to go elsewhere to eat. Fairly modern (perhaps overly so), the Sheraton BWI is quiet, and they offered Boingo. WiFi which I appreciated. The bed was firm and I have no real complaints. The staff saved me by recovering my laptop I stupidly left at the coffee bar as I was checking out. Thankfully check-in desk clerk found the unit and stowed it until later in the day when I could return for it.

Comfortable room. No newspaper the 1st day so I asked to make sure I had one the next day and still no newspaper the 2nd day. Typical Sheraton, good accommodations. I did not receive a newspaper 2 days in a row even after requesting one the second day. I finally received one the last day of my stay for which I was grateful.

The friendliness of the staff and the spaciousness of the room. The staff went out of their way to answer questions and make suggestions for return of rental car and eatting. It made the end of the holiday vacation less stressful.

The TV was nice and had a good picture. The bathroom was dirty and had stains on the toilet. The hotel overall was nice, the location is at a dead end which can be a good thing. Next door was other nice places to go. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The in room internet service didn't work. The overall comfort of the room including the bed was very good.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Original room not available and new room was prepared on short notice. Overall great experience for the price. I was greatful for the breakfast served in the club room as well as the internet access. My wife was very pleased in that the front desk printed out her boarding pass on request for easier travel. Not being in Baltimore proper made commuting to sites a bit of a drag, but there was at least a movie theater near the hotel. The staff were all quite nice and helpful. Seems as if my original room was not available at check in at 2 AM. Replacement room had wrong comforter size on bed, no hotel amenities directory and had no phone book. None of these things were needed by me, however, so my stay was enjoyable.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The elevator smelled bad. Upscale environment, free shuttle not only to airport, but also to neighboring restaurants. Small pool and exercise area, but clean. Large room with plasma TV's.
