Great, responsive staff. Nothing. Loved it, great check in and check out experience, rooms were roomy and clean. Staff was responsive to all my needs.

The location is very close to the airport, the rooms are open, the bed is extra comfortable, clean and noise-free. This should be compatible to 4-5 star hotel, will be back again for sure!

this place deserves 3 stars, but not 4. The plane noise is very loud. The room carpet is stained, the bathroom wallpaper peeling. Breakfast costs 18, and there is really nothing else very close. You must drive to shop or eat. The staff is courteous, but nothing outstanding.

Amazing bed and I liked the contemporary design of the hotel. Bathroom could have been nicer - seemed dated. Great hotel - boutique style with an incredibly comfortable bed. Nice room overall - very comfortable.

The best airport hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, complimentary airport shuttle, free in-room internet access and wonderful pool are some of the many reasons this hotel is my airport hotel of choice in Toronto. Many great places to eat are at the hotels door step and a golf course is just next door. Public transport stops in front of hotel and runs 24 hours. The rooms are very modern and clean. I also enjoyed the fact you could open the windows for some fresh air. Very pleasant stay and will return without a doubt.

Very convenient to the airport and had a free shuttle The reception staff seemed a little stand-off-ish! I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the airport, offers a nice pool, restaurants and weekly parking. If you need a place to stay while on a stopover, I strongly suggest you look at this hotel.

Good location near the airport. Room was very drafty and cold. Hotel was nicely decorated and staff was very friendly. Location was also pretty good as it was 5 minutes away from Terminal 1. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the airport. The location had great runway views with large windows, however those windows were very drafty and the heater was not able to keep up.

Close to freeways/airport. Not as well kept as I'd expect. Toilet was cracked and only silicone instead of replacing it. Carpet should be replaced.

Clean and close to the airport. The parking fees are far too much ! The hotel is fine, great for the airport. The jets flying over head a bit loud, that is to be expected. But not the outrageous parking fee. This leaves one with a negative last impression.

Water stains on ceiling of room, mildew stains on bathtub grouting and pay parking. Nice property with spacious public areas. Somewhat cramped rooms and bathrooms for a 4 star property.

The room was very nice and large for the Toronto area. Hotel staff was very nice. Parking was $15 a day. The hotel staff was very professional. My room was clean, well appointed and overlooked the glass domed pool. The bed was so comfortable I still miss it today. Overall I would stay here again and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.
