For single night stays Labor Day through June 30, 50% deposit is required within 7 days to guarantee reservations. For reservations arriving July 1 through Labor Day, a deposit of one nights stay or 50% of the entire stay is required, whichever is greater, within 7 days to guarantee reservation. Cancellation/ Refund: We will gladly refund your deposit if you notify us at least 7 days in advance or on shorter notice, IF we are able to re-rent your room. The Sheepscot Harbor was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff at the on-site restaurant was awesome. Our waiter, was very friendly and the head chef came out and talked to us for a while at the end of the evening. Our room was very comfortable and was a great value for the money. Our tub had jacuzzi jets (although we didn't have the time to use it) and our room had a slight view of the water. The hotel was just perfect for our quiet weekend getaway. We are planning to go back again and possibly make it a yearly trip!

The most beautiful room & view. Parking was tight. Need lines on spaces This was the most beautiful and clean room I was ever in.I looked like the rooms you see in a decorating magazine like Coastal Living. The view was excellent and I loved the dock that extended way out into the water. I would love to come back for a longer stay. Excellent restaurant on site.

Low key resort sales introduction. Furnishings were scaled to 6 ft & over. The furnishings were attractive but over the top in scale. Too high for comfort on short people. Items on brunch were gourmet in quality but should have had choices for light/conservative portions. Tries a little too hard to impress but is a good value.

Attractive room, attractive location and wonderful breakfasts. It was under construction when we went. Plus, everything shuts down by 10 pm every night. This hotel was good. Attractive, clean room with a small kitchen. It is located on the water, but near a large bridge, so the view is nice, but hindered by traffic. Perhaps a good B&B would be better, but you'd likely end up paying a lot more as well. Overall, we were happy with the hotel.
