Non residents, parties and gatherings are strictly not allowed in the Shamrock Apartments. The property is equipped with 24 hour security cameras and non-residents caught in the building are immediately prosecuted

No refunds

Damages, lost, thorn and burnt property belonging to the Shamrock Apartments must be paid for

Important that children are not to be left unaccompanied in the apartments, corridors, lift and pool area

Keep the kitchen clean after leaving the apartment

Regarding Misbehavior, we reserve the right to terminate your stay in the Shamrock Apartments without notice.
