Elevators werenot so close to our room location.

The manager was very unfriendly when asked questions. Our toilet was broken. Our window was broken. Ran out of toilet paper. We were there to meet our parents from Co. and thought our room would be a bit larger from the description. Like the location, but will look for another hotel for next year.

New, Clean, easy to find. Pierre lacks a good choice of places to eat so take that in mind. The staff goes out of their way to serve you. This is the place to stay in Pierre, SD. The Mexican Restaurant 200 feet away is awesome.

This hotel looks nice at first glance, but it is a older hotel that need updating. My room floor was not clean and the bath room was very small with the sink not in it.

Microwave and fridge in room. Ants in room. Room needed a little updating, curtains were worn through, and I found ants. The internet was hard to get on line, but breakfast was nice, like having microwave and fridge in room, location great.

My husband & I stayed here with our 11 yr old daughter and 9 yr old son for 3 nights during the ncaa tournament. At first glance this hotel looks older but they've done a lot of nice things with it. The rooms are smaller than what we're used to in newer hotels so the 4 of us felt a little cramped. There are some signs of wear and tear...mostly in the bathroom and the on doors. Overlooking those things, they have nice beds, a flatscreen t.v., the carpeting is new, there is a fish aquarium, a water feature/fountain & giant chess game in the lobby which our kids enjoyed. The pool area is o.k., but our favorite part was their breakfast. One of our criteria is a continental breakfast and this hotel had a better-than-average breakfast...waffles, eggs, good choice of pasteries & more. Staff at front desk went the extra mile to help us locate a business in Omaha. Lots of great stores and restaurants very close by and it's easy to access I-80. I don't care for their knight-in shining-armour theme and they would add ambiance if they lit a fire in the pretty lobby fireplace. This hotel isn't brand new but it has been updated a lot, it was clean, convenient and a pretty good value for our money.

Not attractive, odd shaped room, poor quality. Poor, needed to be upgraded, poor towels andbed, snow not shoveled, hard to find the room.

We stayed here last summer and mentioned a couple of small maintenance items to be fixed. We stayed in the exact same room a year later and the items were never fixed - wall plugs defective and screen bent. Beds were sinking into the middle. Water pressure in shower extremely poor. VERY NOISY with kids running up and down the hall at all hours of the night, doors slamming very loudly. Our bed shook every time a door slammed. Walls are very thin - we could hear everything in the next room. Security door in parking lot was broken for at least a couple of weeks - didn't need key card to get in. Will never stay there again.

Great continental breakfast. Had no hot water in my shower. This is a lovely hotel my only issue was I had no hot water in my shower by the time the maintenance man came to look at it I was already packed and ready to go he did offer me a room to use to shower but since I had everything packed and ready to go I declined his offer I emailed the corporate office they notified the general manager and told them to get hold of me still waiting I feel they owe me something at least an answer.

My family and I stayed there when we went to the Omaha Zoo, on our way to see some other family in Iowa. It was very comfortable and we are planning another trip in June of 2008 and plan to stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone that is in the Counsel Bluffs, IA area.

The bed is comfortable, and the shower has good pressure and warms quickly. Walls are very thin. There was a dog in the next room that kept me awake all through the night and into the following day. The hotel is very nice and great location to shopping, business needs, and dinning. There's only one elevator, so there is a lot of walking involved, regardless of the floor you stay on. The pool/hot tub are a great relaxing way to end a long day, (especially in winter). The only problems are: not enough towels given, poor air ventilation in room, and if you get the wrong neighbor (or their dog) for the night, you won't sleep much! I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it does meet my business traveling needs.

The complimentary breakfast was fairly extensive for the price. The access keys did not work properly in the back entrance, which was close to room. Hotel has a courteous staff, nice complimentary breakfast, clean rooms that are nicely decorated - but not extra roomy. Very close access to restaurants, casinos and close to Omaha attractions.

Room set up. Suites too close to the Interstate! Need to have an ice machine on each floor versus just the first floor. I thought the suite could have been on the quieter side of the hotel.

Easy to get to from I-80. Could be a little cleaner. They were apparently in the process of repainting the hallways and things were pretty messy outside of the rooms.

Clean, secure and comfortable. Breakfast - all carbs. The hotel was conveniently located near I-29. The parking was easy, the lobby and reception friendly and helpful. Rooms were tastefully decorated with everything expected in a modern hotel. A table to play cards on would have been a nice addition. The pool was well used by families. Walking distance of several restaurants was an added bonus.
