The hotel is very nice and convenient, the only negative was that the toilet bowl was covered in mold -- apparently the room had not been used in a long time. Once I realized what it was, it wasn't a problem -- just an initial shock.

We live in Appleton but weren't able to travel over the holiday weekend, so we planned an "in town" getaway. We were extremely happy with our choice. We were checked in by the hotel manager who was very polite, friendly and helpful. Cookies and popcorn were available on the front desk, as well as, a well-stocked mini-store. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean and very quiet. The next morning we enjoyed a breakfast that had a nice variety of choices, was well set-up and re-stocked and the table area was open with great decor. The pool area was sunny and clean and the water temperature was perfect. We would recommend this hotel to everyone- business travelers, families or couples. It was a great stay.

I travel approximately 150 days a year and have stayed at mostly 3 and 4 star hotels. Although it can be a little confusing to get to you hotel the first time, I may say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. The service at check-in was pleasant and very helpful. When I walked into my room, I thought the young lady at the counter had made a mistake and given me an upgrade. The room was so spacious and extremely clean. I called my wife and mostly talked to her about your hotel. Sleeping that night was one of the best I have had in a hotel in 6 or 7 years. When I got home the next day, my wife said I must have stayed at some great place, because I usually only tell her the name and phone number of the places at which I am staying. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and commend your staff for their efforts on making it so.
