Well our main target was to be near the airport which it was. What we didn't expect is to pay for the room when Orbitz said it was included in the package. I ending up getting billed for the nights stay & went to stay with our son on his couch. I explained to the front desk about the package showed him the package & he insisted that it was not included & we must pay to stay.Overall trip, car airport ok Hotel negative.

Nice, clean room and pool area. Pet smell coming from other rooms. Our room was a non smoking double queen and we had plenty of room. It was clean, cool, however, when we passed other rooms with the door open, there was a bad smoke and pet odor from them. The heated pool/whirlpool area was in excellent condition and not crowded at all.

Overall a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and the front desk staff was helpful. A couple of minor complaints: the pool had a strong odor of chorine which bothered our eyes and we could occasionally smell smoke in our non-smoking room.

Clean, convenient, good pool, nice breakfast, and location. Satisfied. This hotel was everything we were looking for while traveling in Omaha. It had Wi-Fi, indoor pool, clean rooms with mints on the pillow, nice breakfast bar, close to a choice of food choices, elevator. I would certainly stay in this property again!

The rooms were your standard type of room, they should provide a channel where you can buy movies. We were also in a smoking room, and it wreaked of wet dog and cigarrettes from the moment we walked in. A little fabreez would go a long way. Overall it was pretty nice.

Everything. My recent stay at Bellevue was bad. When we got there, they were rude. There were four groups of families staying and one got put on another floor. The pool had so much chlorine in it, it burnt your eyes. My room was not vacuumed before I got there and could not turn the heat off. Therefore, we had to sleep with the windows opened all night. There was no freezer in the fridge. The shower would not work until we worked on it. There was no ashtrays and when we went downstairs to get one they told us they only allowed two in the room. Eventually they brought us five, but was told to make sure we took them back downstairs. The remotes did not work on the big TV, only the small one and they refused to bring us one that worked. My daughter got one free weekend, but what about the rest of us?

It was beautiful. Customer service with horrible, very non-professional. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. The customer service was horrible. They were not accommodating at all! They provided us a roll away bed - we had to pay $11.70 for it; then our 9 year old son couldn't sleep on it because the mattress was so poor. We were not happy at. On the positive side, the breakfast was good!

Location is on highway and near several restaurants. Beds could use and upgrade but did not expect more with the good low charge. All in all, I was pleased with my stay. Clean room, pool, food, and location are my most important amenities and I was satisfied.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lack of restaurant/ room service. Conveniently located to Offutt AFB. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was spotlessly clean, with sufficient amenities (iron and ironing board is a little unusual). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It was pretty and the indoor hot tub was a nice bonus! Nothing. I would definitely stay there again!

Safe area, clean, convenient access, and complimentary light breakfast. Staff smoking right next to front entrance; had to hold my breath when they were on smoke breaks. Safe area, clean, convenient access (adjacent to Kennedy Free way), and complimentary light breakfast in the lobby area. Settle Inn is in a safe and quiet part of the Omaha area. There are several restaurants and fast food outlets near and/or next to Settle Inn--Settle Inn does not have a restaurant. For guests interested in using the pool, be advised it is a small indoor pool. Lastly, Settle Inn has coin-operated washers and dryers. I am very pleased overall with my stay.

Gave me a great rate on a suite for my grandson to use for wedding night. Some drunks where knocking on doors and being obnoxious and I tried to call front desk and phone just went to busy signal, so finally called on my cel. Needs to do a better job of security.

Location. We needed a room that was non smoking and for 2 adults with 2 separate beds. They booked us in a single smoking queen right next to elevator and they would not change.

We had a smoking room. Everything was good except we didn't get a non-smoking room.

Location, price, courteous staff, continental breakfast. Did not have separate closet/area for hung clothes. No serious complaints. We would definitely stay there again. It was a clean friendly place with everything we could want.

Still new, very clean. Quiet room. Good location! We will stay there again. Good location, good choice of restaurants nearby. Clean place, friendly staff. Good variety for breakfast.

Staff worked hard to get the groom checked in early so he had somewhere to dress for the wedding. More parking spaces would be nice. This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and really did their best to accommodate us. We needed to check in before 2pm as our wedding started at that time. They worked to get a room ready and allowed the groom to use it before our scheduled time.

I liked that they supplied us with a playpen. Bedding should come with the playpen.

It was very clean and comfortable. When I called the front desk to tell them the heater wasn't working properly, the man was very rude and didn't help. He just sent us to another room. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I would love to stay there again when I visit Bellevue.

A great breakfast setup. They screwed up my last stay by charging me a 3rd night because we had to move from a two bed room to a one bed room because of availability. The staff was not willing to believe that I was not supposed to be charged a third night.
