This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First, there was mold in the bathroom. Room was cramped with uncomfortable beds. Facility had poor upkeep. Supposed to have fitness center, but it was off-cite and hotel staff didn't even know where it was located. Very few tv channels; loud, both from interstate traffic and other guests,

Staff was very helpful. The first two rooms that I was checked into were awful. Because I arrived in town a day earlier than expected the hotel was helpful providing a room for me, but the first room that I went too the drywall from the ceiling had fallen on the floor and I went back to the desk and was provided a second room and when I went to that room it had ants all over the air conditioner, so I had to go back to the desk to get a third room which was okay.

Needed a room in KC. This place is near an interstate, easy to get to, just remodeled, good service, the area around the hotel is a business area, therefore not conjusted, I've stayed before and if i need a good room and no headaches, this is the place for me.

The price was right and the hotel had a great mattress. The room was spacious enough, but it really needs updating. It looks well worn. At the price though, I should have expected that.

Orbitz droped the ball and did not get our reservations made. By the time we checked out from our three day stay Orbitz still had not figured it out, but Settle Inn did not care we stayed there with no charge and no hassle for three days. A+ for Settle Inn and F- for Orbitz.

Very comfy beds. Outside of building needed repairs. Room seemed dark and unwelcoming. There was mold in the corners of the tub. Toilet wouldn't quit running. Beds were very comfortable.

LOVED the Wi-Fi availability, and the comfy bed. Shelf below bathroom mirror made it difficult to turn the water off and on. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't request it, we were put in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was huge with a wheelchair accessible shower that had 2 shower heads (one removable). We also had free wireless internet. I had never used a WiFi connection before, but it was very simple. The continental breakfast was great. All in all, this hotel was perfect for a quick trip to Kansas City. For the money, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The bed was fantastic! I left some clothes in my room and they weren't turned into the desk. My bad though. This was a great hotel. The bed was awesome. I almost checked the room out another night just to sleep in the bed again.

Very friendly staff. Old bath facilities, mold in tub, broken lamp shades. The beds in the hotel was wonderful. The bathroom needs to be updated. Also, two of the three lamp shades were broken and needed replaced. Otherwise, it was an excellent value for the price.

Clean, current nice decor, morning breakfast. No over hang to drive up under in bad weather. It snowed & no one bothers to shovel any of the walk or entry ways. Unsafe, very slippery! We Chose to stay at this motel because other reviews said it was clean. It was clean. It was great for just a basic nights stop over and go in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The price was more than fair!

The bed was amazing. First of all, this hotel does not look like much. However, take it from me it is so worth it. The rooms were OK. The bed is the highlight of the hotel. You want to talk about plush. This bed put me and my family to sleep quicker than our bed at home. Enjoy.

The bed was excellent, the room clean and quiet. The temperature was hard to control, either too hot or cold. The bed was excellent, the pillows were nice. The room was quiet. I didn't like the heating/cooling system, and the bath towels were too small/thin but I was completely satisfied.
