This is a great hotel to stay at, very clean, good service, very good breakfast. Room was quiet, very clean with good air conditioning.. The only complaint is I was double billed, this has happened twice now on our trip; Orbitz bills me and then the hotel bills me again... very frustrating...

I paid more than I have ever paid for a hotel room in the La Crosse area expecting a top of the line hotel but when I got there it was the same as any other hotel in the area but at 30 to 40 percent added cost. To top it off we arrived in La Crosse at 1:00pm and wanted to check into our room to get ready for a grandson's birthday party which was scheduled to start at 3:00pm in Holmen, WI (about 20 minutes north of the hotel). We were told that the room would not be available until 2:00pm. We went shopping for an hour only to find that the room still wasn't ready. Finally got a diifferent room at 2:30pm which made us late for the birthday party. They then ran my credit card and they forgot to give it back to me and I forgot to ask for it back. This caused a problem later in the weekend when I went to pay for diner and didn?t have my card. Then at breakfast in the morning, there was not even close to enough table and chairs for the hotel of that size. We had to get our food and carry it back to our room. All in all it was a very bad stay at the hotel that cost too much for very bad service. I will never stay there again.

We found the Settle Inn in LaCrosse very clean and a well kept property. Everything worked well. Not looking for a five-star experience, this hotel met our needs for a reasonable price. I'd stay here again without question.

This was a nice hotel. Nothing really exceptional about it though. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was nice. The room was O.K.

The beds were super comfortable, chlorine and temperature.Pool was perfect, recliners in rooms were great! I tried but could not order a movie without going clear down to the desk to show credit card. If I stay in the area again I would definitely go back, the pool and the beds are most important to me and they were great! It is across the road from the Black River and only a couple blocks from a beach on the same river.

The room was clean, the bedding very nice, the hot breakfast good and the staff pleasant. The hotel structure is nice enough and in a convenient and decent area. The bed was rough, though, the hall smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was no elevator (and of course we had no choice except for a 2nd floor room).

Very clean. Good continental breakfast. The comforter was lumpy and needed to be replaced. The rooms could be bigger. I thought the hotel was just as nice as some of the pricier hotels in the area.

I really did enjoy my stay at this Hampton Inn in La Crosse. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Only draw back was no fridge or mic. in rooms

It was very clean and located within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. It didn't have an elevator, but it was only 2 stories high. It was very dry in our room. Initially, we thought the hotel would not be as nice as it was. When we walked in the room, we were surprised at how clean it was. After staying the night were we very happy with how comfortable the bed was. We had a king sized bed. The only drawback was that the room was a little too warm and very dry. Typically hotel rooms are dry, but this seemed overly so. The interior seemed relatively new, I didn't notice any wear in the carpet, towels or bedding. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Room and entire hotel was very clean. I can't think of anything I didn't like! We were greeted with a smile and friendly staff. They were very helpful in getting around the local area. They make everyone feel welcome and important. The hotel was very clean, neatly laid out, and in a good location. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Onalaska.

Free breakfast, but that wasn't good either! The unclean shower. We found hairs in the tub. People were unfriendly! This hotel is unacceptable. It will be the last time I stay there! The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs in the tub! Staff was unfriendly!

Whirl pool and pool. For the price, was what was expected. Would recommend to anyone that is staying the night. Food was ok for breakfast. Staff was helpful.

Great staff and very clean. Nothing. The hotel has a wonderful, helpful, and very friendly staff. It was very clean and had a nice breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
