Follow Beach Rd approx 2 km towards Batehaven, turn right at 4th set of traffic lights ( BBay High School on RHS) into Glenalla Rd, next right into Calga Cres follow to end, turn right into Derribong Ave and follow almost to the end - you will see a structure showing sign for Sanctuary Place on RHS. Turn into Sanctuary Place. Serenity Cove Studio is the third house on LHS next to the large 'curved house'. Look for 'Serenity Cove' sign on front wall/letterbox, guest parking is behind wall. Serenity Cove Studio is next to car park area - look for sign on house. Key safe is located around the back at laundry door.
