City breakThe hotel did not rate very highly on the internet, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was adequate, but very clean and the maid service was unobtrusive. Only breakfast was available at the hotel but for the hotel size there was a good choice. Perhaps the only drawback was the lack of availability of an evening restaurant as the choices were very limited in the surrounding area

A Perfect Find in PalmaThis hotel is esssentially a Business mans hotel but in my view is also perfect for the leisure traveller.It is situated in a very quiet road just under the Castle.The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The en suite bathroom was modern and had some nice touches.We only ate breakfast in the hotel on one morning during our stay. Full English hot and comtinental were on offer and both were of a high standard.We had a problem with our room when we found it had not been made up and cleaned when we returned from one of our days sightseeing. The front desk staff were very apologetic and as it was late in the evening They were unable to rectify this but deducted a round of drinks we had bought at the hotel bar from our bill. This was done without question and very professionally.The hotels location is perfect as it is near some good restaurants, all in walking distance, bus stops for the tour bus and local buses into town and to one of the large shopping malls near the port trminal.The staff were very helpful and friendly and offered much information of places to see, transportion.This hotel offers very good value for money particularly as it is essentially a Bussiness Hotel and also a City Centre hotel.

Hotel is good value for money, approx 20 euro from Airport in a taxi. It is a few streets up from waterfront but is close enough to plenty of restaurants & supermarkets. It is a good 20-30 minutes walk from Palma centre but there are plenty of transport options. Clean hotel with helpful staff. We spent a few nights prior to our cruise out of Palma so was perfect for our purposes.
