We stayed here for 2 weeks with our daughter,i dont no what the other people are saying but our stay was VERY pleasant the room was clean and comfy the staff were very polite and helpful,we are just in the middle of making another booking for next year.

We stayed at the Seralago one night to visit Epcot Center with our children. The pool area and surrounding area was very nice and they had a hot tub under a gazebo which was nice and the grounds were pretty. There was also a playground for the children as well. The only downfalls were, that the room was very small. The 3 kids had twin beds in what seemed like a closet; there was a very strong odor in the room and had to keep the door open for a few hours upon our arrival and then spray cologne to help eliminate the odor. The sheets on our king size bed did not fit and therefore, we woke up on the matress itself. Our room was by the stair well (we were on the 2nd floor) and all we heard was people walking/running up and down the stairs all night long.

2nd time at this hotel Disney friendly. We did not find anything we did not like! This was our 2nd stay with Seralago and everyone made our stay as pleasant as it were our 1st stay. Down to the man who ran the tourist information area. Next time we are in the area this will be the hotel we will be staying at again!

The mattresses were torn and shredded. The sheets thin. The outside of this hotel looks like a leftover from 1960. The room was clean.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 small children and booked the "kids suite" that features bunk beds and a separate area for kids. We booked to arrive late Friday evening/early Saturday morning. This was confirmed at booking (4 days before arrival) and this was booked directly through the hotel. We called again at midnight Friday night to make sure that this was noted at to let everyone know that were still coming. We were assured at that time that our room was guaranteed and there was no problem. When we arrived, there was no room. The attitude of the staff was even worse. They stated that they were overbooked and it was "...not on them". After 15 min they stated they could clean another room for us and would have the room that we requested ready for Saturday night. They said this would take 15 min. The hotel itself looks very run down and is in need of some care. The pictures used on line are not from any recent time period. While waiting I took my 2 small daughters to use the rest room in the lobby. Of the 5 stalls, 3 were backed up and overflowing. 45 min later, they gave us a room key. The room was filthy dirty, especially the bathroom area. There was pubic hair on the back of the toilet, feces on the lid and inside on the sides of bowl along with feces on the floor and bathroom door. This was the last straw for our family and we put everyone back in the car and left. This is a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel. Knowing that Disney always stands behind their name, I called them and told them about our situation. They were very helpful and got us right into a hotel on their property for the same price as what we were paying at the Seralago. I have learned my lesson and will always stay with Disney when going to Disney World.

The hotel was great. This is the 2nd time I stay here. We like the fact that it is very kid friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant it was fantastic the service was excellent. We took this trip with our 2 granddaughters (ages 2 and 3). We went to seaworld, but after 3 hours of walking, the heat was so intense, we decided to go back to the hotel and go to the pool, which was fantastic. The 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 3 am and everyone was outside of their room. Thank god it was a false alarm, my granddaughters were so exhausted they never even woke up. Overall we had a lot of fun, even though we didn't stay long at Seaworld, which was our trip objective.

The room was fine, clean and organized. It had a small microwave and mini frig. too. We thought it had a coffee maker, but were a little disappointed to find that it did not. Our room was on the second floor, and the hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to lug the bags up and down the stairs. No fun! The sink drains were broken at the bottom underneath, so you had to manually push them up and reconnect them to have them open or close. The drain in the shower was very s....l.....o....w. It took several minutes for the tub to drain after my husband took a shower. That was not fun considering our two year old wanted to take a bath immediately! The pool and the play area looked very nice, and they did have several activities offered on the newsletter at check in. One that was nice was the offer for pictures with the Easter Bunny. They do have a small area where you can purchase small items (chips, bread, drinks etc. as well as pizza an wings). The hotel did offer a shuttle to Disney Parks and local shopping. They also offered a breakfast buffet in the lobby area. The "kids eat free special" was a bit deceptive, since the only meal that was free for kids was the breakfast. We did not eat at the buffet, but the menu did sound good. Overall it was a good value for the money and location. I would stay there again, but if my stay was longer than a night or two I might try to find something with a full kitchen, so I could make my morning coffee.

We relaxed by the pool and hot tub in the evening after a nice relaxing dinner at a local resturant, then had a restfull night in the room.

The staff was very pleasant. The bathroom in my room was not clean, nightstand had hair in it. Great place for families 2 nice pools, a large outdoor hot tub and a playground. The lobby area had a arcade for the kids and a restaurant. The only complaints I have about the hotel was the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. There was pink colored mold behind the door in the corner. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes it harder for the moisture to evaporate which is probably the reason for the mold, but it should be cleaned. There was hair in the nightstand drawer that was not mine or my child's. The lobby staff were great and accommodated every request we had.

Hotel staff was very nice and courteous. Was not far from almost anything we went to. Room felt very damp and could use some updates. We spent little time in the room. The beds were somewhat small for 2 adults in the standard room.

Seemed to be in rough part of town. Rooms smelled like smoke. But in saying all that it wasnt to bad. Easy check in and out and got everything i asked for like the king bed.

No WiFi in the rooms, no in room coffee service. The room itself was comfortable, fairly quiet and the beds were moderately comfortable.

Overall the experience we had at the Seralago was good. The rooms were smaller than the pictures imply on their website. The pool was big and nice & the pool bartender gave my daughter her first soda for free. There are a lot of amenities here but the prices were a little higher than we had anticipated.Lots of good eating places up and down the strip, Walmart & Target nearby too. Our bathroom was small and needs some minor improvements.

Location was good and staff wasfriendly. Hotel is showing its age and not adequate parking. Great hotel, if you just need a place to crash between park visits. Outdated furnishings in rooms and lobby, but clean.

The hotel was ok. The pool was nice, but there wasnt a cont. breakfast, the store in the lobby area was too exspensive,And the park ticket offer was a rip off,you had to have a spouse with you and make over 50 grand a year, that is discrimatation. What about all of the single parent families of whom make alot less than 50 grand. For the price of the rooms they should have a really nice cont. breakfast. Also when you told the person that was doing the ticket offer that you were single they were a little rude because you couldnt do the ticket special. We probably will not stay there again

Went to Sea World and Disney. There was coffee maker provided in the room. The hotel was O.K. for the price I paid, but next time I will stay at a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Nothing free, coffee, rooms smelled moldy. The location was great and staff friendly but had roaches in my room and the room smelled of mold and no coffee pots in room. no free coffee in lobby but store on premises was moderately priced. It was aok hotel but could have found much better in the area for the same price.

The hotel was good. Not great, but good. But the price was right. The front desk staff not the friendliest, however, the price and the rooms made up for it.
