Very well kept. We were upgraded to a luxury suite that was sweet! The coolest shower I have ever been in! 6 faucets, seperate temperature controls. Stereo provided with kickin speakers. Really nice! Awesome pool area. Fancy casino that's huge. Very nice shopping plaza in the rear. This place is a must see!

Very comfortable beds. Too much smoke in public areas. It was a great convenience being able to just go upstairs to a room after having fun in the casino & plaza well into the night. The beds were very comfortable and the foyer (or second door) to the room really eliminated the usual hallway noises. The only thing I didn't care for was the amount of smoke in public areas. Will be back!

This casino is geared to teh Florida retirees. Lots of 2 and 5 cent slots. Ricky at spa is great for facial and massage and the steakhouse is excellent

Even though we live in florida, it was such a great escape! The room was beautiful and clean with a great atmosphere. The spa is amazing. The staff for the most part is friendly. They scan your key before entering the elevator, so only registered guests can go to the rooms, which is great. There is so much to do, gambling, spa, and clubs and restaraunts. The pool is gorgeous. We are already planning another week end there! The pillows were not comfortable, but that is really our only complaint. They really fill the rooms with ameneties and CD and DVD player, and they will turn your sheets for you at night if you like. It's a good time.

The beds in the room were very comfortable. It was unclear if there were restaurants to eat at on site or what activities were available and the staff provided little or no help. This hotel is beautiful. If you want to stay busy, be prepared to walk a lot. There are no soda machines or snack machines for in between meals unless you go to the ground floor and walk to the other side of the hotel. There is no refrigerator in the room except the mini bar and the staff makes it clear that if you move anything in the mini bar, you will be charged. They offer to lock it for you so you will not make the mistake of touching anything. This is not a family hotel.

I was there for only two nights on business. The music was so loud when I enterd the hotel to check in that the person checking me in was screaming across the counter and I was as well due to the music being so loud. There was a show close to the check in counter and it was very loud. The hotel and security was good. I had a great dinner at the Japanese Resturant. It was a nice place and I would come back when I had family or a friend. At the time, I needed a little more peace and quite, but once you got to your room all was well. It was nice, the room was nice, plenty of shopping and resturants to select from on the propety. I would come agaiun under different circumstances.

The hotel was decorated beautiful for the holidays. Valet, bellman and front desk servicewas excellent. Room was just gorgeous, beds very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. They have a nightly turn down service and you can adjust the exact temperature of the water in the shower. Very cool ! The restaurants in the hotel was varied, good selection, and reasonally priced. The restaurants outside,located around the lake were also excellent. The nightly laser/lighted water show on the lake was awesome. The only dissapointing thingwas I didn't realize the casino was only slots and poker, no table games(blackjack-roulette-craps) All this for a special holiday rate, was our Chismas gift !!

The Seminole Hard Rock hotel and Casino was a lot more than I expected. The hotel is really a classy place, don't let the Hard Rock title fool you. The room was beautifully decorated and was filled with almost every thinkable perk. The pool was relaxing, and the waterfall was gorgeous. Every dinning option hit the spot. A lot of establishments boast that they have something for everyone, this place really does. You can shop, go to a show, go a comedy club, or just lay around the pool. I will definitely be staying here again and visting the hotel in Tampa.

The Seminole Hard Rock was everything you would expect from a top of the line hotel/resort. The room was lavish and the bathroom was huge. You can do pretty much anything you want either at the hotel/casino or nearby destinations. The only drawback I had was the view from the room---a roof with flood lights and windows that do not open. Overall, it's exactly what you would expect for the price.

Well i have got to say we had a great time when we stayed at this hotel! The bed was so comfortable i didnt even wanna get out of bed! Rooms were very nice! Margaritas were excellent! We spent alot of money in the casino and yeah its smoking but thats a casino for ya! The pool was beautiful and the fitness center had very nice equipment! We were just very impressed and had a great time! The only downfall is that all the restraunts there at the hotel are very expensive, we rented a car and went to sawgrass mall which was huge and we shopped for 9 hours, also went to Billie swamp and safari which is an hour away but we got a airboat ride which was very fun great if you have kids and also a safari ride! And just a little tip if your military its really cheap to go to billis swamp and safar,i def. worth the time! Also we went deep sea fishing with flamigo and had a good time! So def. rent a car dont wait till you get at the hotel cause you will pay more money purchase it with your trip or package! Well i hope this is helpful to someone! All i can say is that we had a great time!

Everything was great, just our room had a flood in the bathroom. Nothing to big, and they did fix it. ALso it was the maid who did that and not us. But overall everything was good.

The room was very nice. Great shower. The pool was incredible. If it wasn't for the staff, this would've have been perfect. I guess they have a nice facility and don't feel being ""nice"" is necessary. Probably not ideal for kid's, but the pool almost makes up for that.

I really enjoyed the cascading pool with the waterfalls. There were plenty of lounging chairs. Towels and small canopies were provided for shade. We ate lunch by the pool. It was very relaxing. The food was appetizing and the drinks were refreshing. For dinner, we ate at the Blue Fish resturant. The food was delicious. The water fountain show was spectucular! The rooms were very nice with a jacuzzi tub. The bed and linens were comfy. The gambling was all digital which was new to me. I didn't like it at first because I'm not use to it. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are great. We had a blast as rookies playing poker. The only thing was that everytime you enter and exit your hotel room- you have to get clearance before doing so. The hotel staff is stationed by the elevators so anytime you want to go back up to your room, you have to hand him your keycard, he will then swipe it for clearance then you can go through. Don't mind the line. There is only 1 person at all times (at least when we were there) so if there are say 5 people ahead of you--well you know the rest.

The hotel stinks of second hand smoke. Don't bring kids to this hotel. The pool water is freezing. I stayed five days and never went in the pool.

"The pool at this hotel is very nice, as is the selection of restaurants. But it's not a good place to bring kids - they're very strict about them not even touching the carpet near the casino, and you've got to try to find your way around without going in it. Also, there's way, way too much cigar smoking going on. It made me want to puke"
