The Hotel has a total surface of 3.500 sq metres in an old building. The buildings basement structure was formerly used as stables and coach houses. The plot features in the Special Plan which issued from urban development planning undertaken in mid-nineteenth century Madrid. It had a closed block format with an open central yard, which has been conserved.
