The have an excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. It's not a very good value. This hotel isn't bad. It's clean enough (though it really needs to be updated, especially the bathrooms), the high speed wireless works well, and it's in a good area. The hallways are brightly lit and look like they are well maintained. The breakfast is probably one of the better free hotel breakfasts that I've had with lots of choices and not just bread items. There was no fridge/microwave though, and that bugs me. This is becoming an industry standard now. The only fall back is that this hotel offers nothing that some of the much cheaper economy hotels in town offer (except the expanded breakfast), but it's priced the same as some of the mid-range hotels. The Super 8 across the street has larger rooms, newer bathrooms, and is generally a little bit more clean, but it's at least $20 cheaper per night. They don't have a better breakfast, but for that kind of price difference I can go eat breakfast at McDonald's and still get out cheaper.

Very friendly manager. Cold! Used to have trouble with not bright enough light bulbs. That's better now. Now the big problem is trying to stay warm. The heaters did not put out enough heat. Seems they shut off after being on for a length of time. I suffered with this same problem for over a week some years ago on a business trip. I could not change my location. Now it happened this time. There will not be a next time for Sleep Inn in Bismarck and possibly anywhere else either. I don't like it hot in a room but I don't want it so cold, I can't even put on P.J.'s.

Clean, comfortable and kept in excellent condition. This hotel was exactly as described. Clean, new, and an excellent value for the money. It was not a large room, but very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to someone just looking for a cheap clean and safe place to stay for a night or two.
