The hotel was very elegant and comfortable. The room was very nice and furnishings were new and modern with some interesting exotic pieces, a nice contract to the furnishings. The bed was very plush and comfortable. I loved the bedding, pillows and duvet. BTW: All for sale. The bathroom was huge and I absolutely loved the little spa accessories and bathrobe. We were visiting in December, so we couldn?t enjoy the pool, but the pool area was very nice. I love the public area with an adobe style fireplace on the hotel roof. We didn?t eat at the restaurant. I would make us go to the restaurant and try the food. I think that the restaurant would be more successful if hotel guests had a reason to visit it. We also used the complimentary steam room at the hotel spa. That was very nice after a day of hiking in Dec. I had some questions about the area for the concierge who was busy with other guests. So the front desk helped me with directions, one of the employees show me his favorite hikes and called to reserve a space on a tour. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Ask for a room on the second or third floor.

Beautifully designed small hotel, very peaceful. Rooms were tastefully appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Observation deck was a great bonus This place was a treasure - wish we could have stayed longer.

We were not disappointed -- the rooms were very luxurious, the service was great, the location was perfect. Picture lounging in the hot tub under the stars or lounging around one of the two outdoor fireplaces or waking up to a view of the red rocks of Sedona -- perfect. We would definately stay there again.

This hotel is conviently located to many terrific restaurants and many great things to do. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were so comfortable and the spa was great.

The Sedona Rouge Hotel was most comfortable with very fine beds and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful with lush greenery and the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. The many beautiful fountains spread around the grounds and public areas were a nice surprise. The dual head rain type shower was fun, although a bathtub would have been nice, too.

This hotel clean and comfortable. The rooms had great bathrooms and beds. The flat screen tv was a plus too. However the staff was not very friendly, the location was on a busy street away from the main town, and the hotel is pricey for what it offers. It was nice for a night, but we won't go back. Sedona is beautiful though and there are more hotel retreats off the beaten path. Picazzo's restaurant nearby is great though.

The Rogue Sadona was a very inviting place to relax and enjoy peace & quite as well as great service. The rooms were elegant and truly fit for a queen. Service was outstanding and all of Sedona's locals as well as staff at the Hotel were so friendly and personable. This was the best Birthday gift for my Daughter, who turned 38. She enjoyed the fact that there was so much to do, & so little time. We went sight seeing and we had time for a massage and pampering. We dined at various places and every resteurants were very unique. What a great place to visit.

I spend 3 nights at the Sedona Rouge. The room was adequate for the price. No real view from the room but there are great views from the pool and top floor. Breakfast room service was expensive and unappetizing - fruit was not ripe or washed. We never received the advertised pastries. They advertise a rooftop bar but instead you have to go and get your own drink from your room or from the attached restaurant and take it up yourself. The spa was glorious and customer service was tops.

The Sedona Rouge was a wonderful retreat! The room was very nice; extremely clean and the bedding was awesome. Although we did not use the fireplace much, it was a nice addition to the room as well as the flat screen tv. Our little porch was just that....little but still big enough to see the mountains in the distance. The observation deck was a little disappointing since it sits eyelevel with the grocery store across the street. It was hard to get a great view of the sunset but it was very peaceful and quiet in the evening. There were not many options on site for dining, actually only one but there are several within walking distance (The Coffee Pot was one of our favorites as well as Picasso Pizza). The main street into Uptown Sedona was only a 3 minute drive and once you parked everything was easily within walking distance. Also have to comment on the staff; they were fabulous from the moment we checked in. The concierge, was awesome and helped us book amazing tours at the last minute. Overall, great place to stay; my family & I loved it!

Sedona Rouge is ideally located, has first class amenities and friendly staff. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel bed in my travel lifetime. Would recommend it highly.

The bed was fabulously comfortable. The room was lovely. I enjoyed a massage, followed by a steam sauna, and a morning dip in the outdoor jacuzzi in the private ladies area of the spa. It was relaxing to be able to enjoy the spa so close to my room that I was able to walk over in the soft robe I that I found in the closet. I then spent the afternoon lounging by the pool. My ground floor room had sliding glass doors that opened into a private porch area, with a locked gate coded to my room key that opened into the pool area. I also enjoyed room service from Red's. The honey chipotle glazed shrimp is to die for.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the big resort type setting. My only complaint is that I brought my dogs, 3 small, they charge $50 per dog. I was told I would only be charged $50 for the pet fee when I checked in and when I was checking out $150 was charged to my credit card.
