The apartments were clean and spacious, service was efficient. Laundry facilities are shared, and even detergent was provided. Location is less than ideal though, as East Perth is a residential area and there are very few restaurants in the area. Be prepared to drive, or walk 10 minutes to Claisebrook train station.

Room was neat and tidy however the kitchen area was not well cleaned( oven top greasy). Notwithstanding that we'd recommend this place.

The Sebel Residence is my favourite hotel in Perth. It sits on a manmade lagoon in the heart of East Perth (only a short distance to the centre of Perth city). My husband and I have stayed at the Sebel at least 6 times and we are never dissappointed with choosing to do so. I would always recommend staying in this lovely location - close to the city, river and some great dining experiences. If you are after a hotel that offers a comfortable and relaxed stay, it's hard to beat The Sebel.

Room could have been cleaner. The rooms are serviced only once every three days. The shared laundry facilities provided for guests staying in studios were a disgrace.

It was an unforegettable stay. The river view is picturesque, and the apartment came with DVD and CD players. It felt just like home!

This is a great boutique hotel with modern facilities, comfortable beds and a great location. On the free bus route to Perth downtown and adjacent to the Swan river with its wonderful walks and scenery.
